Problem with my heating and air conditioning system, and I called them because my home was almost always cold. They diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced my system with a new one, and fixed it at no extra cost. I couldn't believe it! The service was great, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning services.

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Ridge Line Heating & Cooling Repair. The pricing was certainly affordable. The technician who came was very congenial and efficient and explained and showed me how the system dislodged and removed all the crud from my duct work. He then sanitized the whole works with an organic compound which left only a fresh, clean scent behind. Highly recommended.

He came out day-of, in the evening, quickly diagnosed the problem, spent time walking us through it and fixed right away. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Really went above and beyond. Quick, efficient, caring...this company took a not-so-fun experience (replacing a furnace) and made it go smoothly! They reassured me, kept me calm, helped me obtain financing and in less than a week I had a brand new furnace that I could afford! THANK YOU so much! They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!
Avoid. Waited all day. Never showed up. Never called. Just didn't show up. I made the appointment at 9 in the morning, and they said they would have someone at my house between 11 and 2. They close at 10 p.m., so I would have called somebody else had I known they were overbooking their appointments by at least eight hours. If anyone misleads you when they're trying to get your business, they'll mislead you when they hand you the bill, guaranteed. Also, run some of their positive reviews through an app called FakeSpot.
One HVAC system broke down, and the tech was great in diagnosing the issue and was even ready with a next day repair. However, the same system broke down not even 30 days later, and I can not get anyone to call me back or send a tech out. I have been on the phone with them for 3 days with no resolution to this issue. They also have a policy that the manager's phone number will not be given out at any time. At one point the scheduling center even called me and claimed that the tech could not get in contact with me on the number provided- that they were calling me on at that moment! I have given plenty of opportunity for them to correct this issue and make it right. They obviously do not want more business.

Duncan came out and did a great repair job at a good price and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and how to prevent future problems. They have done a second repair since then and we have signed up for the maintenance program.
