I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the services provided by Technic Air Mechanical, and more specifically, Brian, one of their expert technicians. We had been struggling with a persistent leak in our HVAC system, a problem that two other local HVAC services were unable to diagnose. Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, we decided to give Technic Air a try. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Brian from Technic Air was assigned to our case. His approach was methodical, meticulous, and highly professional. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, refusing to leave any stone unturned. His dedication and expertise were evident in his work, and ultimately, he was able to locate and fix the elusive leak that had stumped others. Recently, we faced another issue with our lower AC unit. Once again, Brian was quick to respond. He swiftly located a leak in the line within an exterior wall. With efficiency and precision, he cut out the problematic section, replaced it, and recharged the system. Within an hour, our home was cool and comfortable again. Beyond their technical expertise, what sets Technic Air Mechanical apart is their high ethical standards. They conduct their business with integrity, honesty, and transparency, which is a breath of fresh air in an industry where this is not always the case. The level of service we received from Brian was exceptional. He not only solved our problems but also restored our faith in the HVAC service industry. Brian and his team are my go to HVAC specialists. They are always on time, and transparent about their work. I recently bought a house and both my AC and furnace had various issues. Brian and his team have resolved all issues to date and now perform maintenance on both for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
We first used Technic Air when we were selling our house and the inspection showed the furnace was shot. Technic was fast, pleasant, professional, communicative, and it was as affordable as a new furnace can be (especially when you're super annoyed about having to buy a new furnace for someone else!) But most recently, we called them for a 2nd opinion on an A/C issue at the new house. We noticed water all over the floor coming from the HVAC unit, and had another company come out yesterday to see what's going on (picked that company out of the million HVAC coupons we received in the "welcome to the neighborhood" mailers we've been getting). That other company's guy came out and said the whole system is shot, we need a new $12,000 furnace + A/C and pressured us to book it RIGHT NOW cause they're so booked out and pressed us for a deposit. I was like "hmmmmm this seems pretty sketchy... WAIT, what about that dope company we used when we sold the old house?" Called Kristen (who's an absolute doll), and she hooked us up with an appointment the next day. The dude comes out and tells us the system is FINE, but the drainage was installed wrong & needs to be redone because it's leaking condensation everywhere. Same day fixed, for $300. $300!!! He said it oughta be fine for awhile and should probably replace the furnace in another 4-5 years. Technic Air's honesty saved us $11,700. I will sing their praises for years to come and would recommend to ANYONE.
Quality Service ***** I recently replaced my AC and furnace with this company and they were NO nonsense professionals. Over a month+ with the new AC setup and my place is super cool at 71• all day. Our 5 year old furnace suddenly stopped working and we had been told by another HVAC company that it was emitting high carbon monoxide levels and that we needed to replace it. A neighbor had recommended Technic Air so I contacted them for a second opinion. Brian went out to take a look at it right away. He said that the reason the furnace wasn't working was due to a dirty furnace filter and that it was not emitting CO. Xcel came out and tested the whole house and there wasn't a trace of it. I'm so thankful to Brian for diagnosing the problem and saving me a bunch of money. I will be contacting him with any HVAC issues we have in the future.

Technic Air did great work for a great price! They installed all new ducts, furnace and AC in an addition to our house. They did the job on very short notice after my original HVAC contractor did not show up. Thank you!
We were in the market for an AC unit after these ever increasing summer temperatures in Colorado. Technic Air not only got us in much faster than most companies could even get a quote done, at a more reasonable price, but had us installed within a week, providing a thorough explanation on how to best take care of our AC system. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Brian is amazing. I originally met Brian when he installed a steam humidified in my house a few months ago. He did a great job and it works really well in the dry CO climate. Definitely recommended. More recently I had a problem with my AC. I'm somewhat handy and Brian was super helpful at giving me some tips over the phone that enabled me to fix my problem myself. Can't say enough about these guys. They've certainly earned my business going forward.
