Sebastian, Christian and Devin did a great job! Very professional and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend. I deal with allot of sub-contractors in my business - and B&B Heating is one of the best. **BEWARE** This company installed new a water heater and furnace several years ago, at my residence. Recently— I’d had headaches over the winter, and then my CO2 alarm went off randomly, in June; I called Xcel for a safety check. They discovered multiple leaks. Turns out, much to my horror, that when B&B installed the two gas driven heating units into the duct work, they (as fully admittedly) ‘did NOT do a safety check— at any time.’ “Chris,” the supposed, Operations Mgr at B&B, responded by saying, ‘there would be no reason to safety check it, since it’s supposed to be done correctly by the installer!!!’ Seriously?! Well, it wasn’t; and CO was principally leaking at exactly where newer install connections were performed by B&B (as well as throughout all the pipe fitting connections throughout the poorly sloped vent system)… Now I now, that I’ve actually been exposed to some unknown level of carbon monoxide for several years since this install, a level that probably was made far worse than it already may have been, years prior… In addition, I’ve now had Xcel and two reputable heating and plumbing companies completely review everything that B&B did. It’s clear, that B&B was quite negligent in their install, and the entirety of the ventilation system was apparently unsafe, and out of code. That was their responsibility to properly identify. Facts: 1) B&B used a substandard t-joint, instead of a “Y” (per code) when connecting into existing duct at 2-points. 2). They even drilled metal screws into their new joints (causing even MORE LEAK…), which is definitely an obvious no-no. 3). They also allowed for some downward slope/pitch in their new connection joints, from the new furnace and water heater, the into existing venting. They never made us aware how unsafe the entire lacking pitch of the ‘over-extended’ duct system was, already… NO safety check for CO leaks was performed at time of their 2-unit install, or since, in following maintenance visits. B&B Came out same day! They provided a temporary fix to get our heat going and provided an estimate, same day, for permanent fix. Professional & Amazing, would definitely use them for current and future houses. Thank You

I highly recommend B&B Heating and Air Conditioning. They just installed a new AC system and the office staff, Nikki, the estimator, Scott and the technicians, Christian, Devin and Sebastian were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. In 2018 this company installed a new furnace in one day on an emergency basis. My spouse and I were in the hospital recovering from carbon monoxide poisoning during the installation. The relief of coming home to a warm and safe house that December evening cannot be described. During both services I have been impressed with this company. They are trustworthy, their prices are fair their products are top notch and their customer services are excellent. During this recent AC process, I had time to shop around and obtain 4 estimates from the large number of HVAC companies in the Denver area. The hard sell, up-selling and low-ball estimates (where additional charges would be guaranteed to happen) confirmed that you need to complete your research. I will use this company in the future for any HVAC services.

B & B was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They replaced a very old unit on our roof with expertise.
Rod Davila was very polite, he had explained the issue after getting my ac to push out cold air again. Even suggested a few things to keep my air cold I found his tips to be very helpful and very nice for him to suggest.

Cody was my technician today and was courteous and on-time. He knew his stuff and had my routine HVAC maintenance done in under 40 minutes. That included both air handler and compressor maintenance and cleanup. I highly recommend B&B's bi-yearly routine preventative maintenance!
I've used and recommended B&B exclusively for nearly 20+ years. Customer service and service techs are attentive, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable each and every time. Luke, Byron, Tyler, Rod and Marco all take time to address my questions, explain the maintenance services provided and advise me on potential issues to look out for= preventing problems saves money! 2 thumbs way up! 👍👍

We got the Infinity heat pump system installed by B&B and everything went smooth and the system works great. Sebastian and Alex were very professional during install and kept us well informed.
After 23 years, I found myself in need of a new furnace and air conditioner setup. I have been a customer of B&B Heating and Air Conditioning before and have been happy with their services. I called 8am on a Monday, and had a proposal for new equipment within a few hours. I selected my choices for new equipment and had an installation appointment for Wednesday. Sebastian and Cody were dispatched and showed up promptly at 8am on Wednesday morning. Within a few hours, I had a new furnace installed and working. These guys were great! Excellent customer service. Prompt, Competent, Courteous, and Professional. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend B&B HVAC, and Sebastian and Cody, to anyone in need of HVAC Services. They are the best!
