Could not recommend Tradewinds more! We're renting and the evaporative cooler on the house had been neglected for years. Tony & Eric quickly identified the issues, documenting everything with video to communicate with the landlord for approval every step of the way. They even went above and beyond to fix an electrical issue that was effecting the cooler. Super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!

Couldn't recommend Tradewinds more for AC work! Their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. I trust them completely and feel confident I am not being swindled or upsold during our interactions. I have had especially great experiences with Michael as our tech, and scheduling and planning with Nick over the phone. They are not the cheapest but you know you are getting honest, quality work.
Have used Tradewinds for every seasonal start up/shut down for our evaporative cooler and every time they've been amazing. Appointments are always scheduled very quickly, some times day of, and our Technician Eric is always super friendly! Would recommend them to anyone having heating or cooling issues.
Eric and Mike are the best. We have a very old house with an evaporative cooler on a very high roofline. They braved the heights and efficiently serviced the cooler.
Had Fred out and he looked at my a/c. And let me know we didn’t have to replace everything. Didn’t try to upsell a bunch of services that were not needed. Eric and Tony came out and were very professional and had it done very quickly. Communication was great throughout the process
First I want to point out that I haven't used this company to do any work yet. I called them asking questions about the heating/cooling system in a house I purchased. I was ready and willing to pay for radiant heating boiler inspection and some other minor upgrades. The rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and talked me out of spending money right now! I was very impressed. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Tony was awesome and so knowledgeable! He took the time to educate us about our system and checked everything thoroughly. We never felt pressured to buy any unnecessary repairs and I truly believe he had our home’s best interest at heart. We’ll be calling him again!
Had a furnace issue that was leaking carbon monoxide. Tradewinds was prompt to come out and fix it. Eric and Tony were super friendly, showed me what was going on, and even vacuumed my stairs and basement before they left, leaving my house better than they found it. Months later I am still grateful and remember the quality of their service. Big thanks to your team!

The guys installed a new drip pan in my GoodMan furnace and AC unit. They did a good job in very little time.
They were responsive and came the same day we called- which was a Saturday. The repairman was friendly, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly to us, including al non o our options. They returned to complete the repair, once they got the part, in a timely fashion. We will definitely call them again!
Tony and Eric came out to install a blower on my furnace due to a recall on my unit. I had the same recall fix done months earlier by another vendor for my upstairs furnace that was a complete disaster resulting in a broken thermostat and non-functional furnace. Tony and Eric showed up on time, installed the fix right away and were extremely professional. Amazing job... I highly recommend this company!

I recently had my Furnace replaced by Tradewinds. Tony and Eric were kind, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, were efficient (finishing before expected) and left nothing but a new furnace and thermostat. They answered my questions and showed me how to change filter and how to use the digital thermostat. It was smooth and easy experience.
