Fixed the problem very quickly. But very expensive.
Express Pros staff and service reps have always been responsive and knowledgeable. Repairmen have been on time, even early, and work quickly, troubleshooting possible issues and recommending future actions. They know how to work on older homes and/or where to find answers. Service prices have been and I have been given options as to how to proceed. I have never felt pressured into going above and beyond what I really need.
Crew was prompt, courteous and worked with integrity.

Good shop, good supply of heating and plumbing parts. Knowledgeable. A little pricey but so is everybody else during the covid years.
All in good condition, no repairs needed.
I'm just not sure how the quoted price can be justified. I was quoted $8,000 for a water heater replacement and was able to find the exact unit I needed from home depot + parts for less than $1,500. Even if the Unit were to cost $3,000, it's just hard for me to find $5,000 worth of labor in a job that absolutely took less than 6 hours. Shop around to a place that will work with you on sourcing and price, you'll save money even with the cost of price estimates.
They were very responsive and communicated well. Technician was on time and called when on his way. Was very informative and knowledgeable. Felt that he gave his honest opinion and provided all options for maintenance and level of severity. I definitely felt that I was provided all the information and options to make an informed decision.

Josiah was so eager and I could see his thought process. Really an amazing experience. I haven’t had a chance to actually use my new AC system because our weather has been so perfect, but it was tested. I really appreciated all the hard work involved because my unit is from 1983. So far I am very happy and excited for the summer heat.
Scheduled twice. Never showed up, never called to say they weren’t coming. Do not recommend.

Josh and Austin replaced 4 of our malfunctioning outlets. They were wonderful: punctual, took the time to explain what they needed to do, and did the work carefully and thoroughly.

In my experience Express Pros stand out from their competitors. Very professional and highly competent. I have used them on several client projects in Evergreen, and Denver metro area. Ranging from repairs, maintenance, new heat/air units. I will continue to refer them to family, friends, and clients. Thank you guys for your hard work!
This company was used by my appliance warranty company. They came out and wanted a ridiculous amount charged for extra work. When I tried to just learn what that work was they never called me back. Never contacted me back after numerous calls. Wasted down payment for nothing. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy company.
Wonderful experience with Express Pros! As small business owner’s ourselves we didn’t want to use a company we had seen in commercials or heard on the radio. We chose a local company that came word of mouth which is what we too prefer for our customers. Express Pros came highly recommended and were quick to answer our call, get us on their schedule, and notify us of their arrival on the way. The technician was both professional and knowledgeable, explaining to us every step of the diagnostic process and then a quite thorough description of what needed done to get our furnace functioning again. The price was much better than anticipated and we were happy to agree to the service! Our furnace is running great and we’re happily warm in our home and ready for the holidays. Thank you to the team at Express Pros we will happily shout your company out to friends and family!
Express Pros was great! They replaced my HVAC unit and worked on my furnace to help the furnace run better. They took great care to look at everything and I have had no issues with either since using them.
It was one of the coldest nights so far, we had just arrived home when our furnace went out. The only problem was that, it was after hours, luckily we were able to contact Express Pros; these guys, they were all very friendly and quick to help. Josh, he especially was a very hard worker and vey helpful. 10/10 would recommend these guys again, will use them in the future. Thank You Mike, Josh and all the hard workers at Express Pros.
Very knowledgeable all of my concerns and questions were answered.Great customer service and timely repairs I will recommend everytime. They are hands down a great company will use again!!
