BEWARE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is a very expensive company that will be constantly siphoning money out of your wallet and what is more, their guarantee is a fiction which ends the moment their technician walks out of your home. The manager Kacey will tell you that it is your own fault. If you don't want to be at fault and out of your money, do not use the services APPLE AIR provides. Make sure to read their 3 star reviews that are peppered throughout different sites. Then use a different company so that you don't regret your decision later. If you like to waste money, call APPLE AIR for services. Although it is a lot easier to just burn the money instead of calling their technician - the result would be the same. If you don't want to listen to a lecture from the manager praising their technicians and then telling you it's your own fault that the system does not work, Google a different company. UPD: Which is what we have to prove. As evidenced by the response of manager Kasey, the client is responsible and at fault. Cleaning a dead air conditioning unit without diagnostics, an $800 charge for 1.5 hours of pointless work, Is the demonstration of the highest level of professionalism and definitely not syphoning of money from the client.
John came out to troubleshoot a comm error on our Daikin Heat Pump thermostat. After determining it was faulty he went to the dealer and picked up a new one and installed it with 30 mins. He took the time to explain some other concerns and was a wealth of knowledge.
We have not had the work done yet, however, Shane answered all of our questions and was very thorough on the bid. We asked for him to meet us a second time to go over a few details and questions we had after meeting other contractors, and he was very happy to do that.
Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I am still getting quotes and will keep them as one of my options

Last year Apple Aire completely replaced my (old) HVAC and water heating system. The quality of the products they support and the level of service were top notch. They also performed annual maintenance on my HVAC system, and the service level was the same - very high.
John D was awesome. Very knowledgeable and willing to share information about my A/C unit. He realized quickly what the issue was and repaired it quickly. It turns out it was a warranty issue so overall i am very pleased with the service
We had a heat pump with mini split units installed in our house by Apple aire. They were great! Always prompt responses, on time and professional. Highly recommend!
It’s $70 for them to come to the house and i was told that the $70 would go towards the work they do. They were here for a 30 second visit where they flipped a furnace switch which I didn’t know existed. I ended up being charged $130 for a light switch flip service a d that is absurd. I understand it’s my own fault for being unaware of the switch however $130 as a “diagnoses” is a rip off. They also told me they would let me know what work would need to be done before they did it or charged me for it.
I have used AppleAire several times and they have always been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. The tech John that came to my did a great job tuning up my system and explained what he was doing and why. Great Job!
Nate was a good project leader. He met our challenging situation of retrofit AC system, found better looking registers, and we are happy with the finished product. The installation crew; Edgar, Theron, and Albert were very professional, kept our house as clean as possible during the install, and left us with a great looking air conditioning system. I heartily recommend anyone looking for AC (or heating) service or installation would be well served in hiring Apple Aire and Nate.

Decent pricing, good recommendations for unit, but the install was not done as good as it could have been. We called them but they haven’t come out to address and of course we already paid so they have no incentive to fix it. Everything works fine. It is where they installed the PVC pipes that needs to be shifted over because it is too low and interferes with the walkway (see pics)

They did a new AC installation. It wast the easiest install but they did a great and very professional job, and in a timely manner (1 day). They promptly returned to finish up a couple of punch list items and I'm very pleased. Photo is the white raceway they installed from the AC unto to the basement furnace, just need to get it painted now. 💪
I ended up not going with Mini splits through them but I would say the professionalism of their staff and contractors was amazing. The process to get information from them and vice versa was easy and the communication was very open. Quotes were quick and Nate was great to work with. Would recommend them for that reason alone.
Our old water heater blew a pinhole leak out of the bottom of the tank so we called Apple Aire to see if we could get it replaced. They responded right away and within 24 hours I had a new water heater installed and ready for service. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer
I hired Apple Aire to come fix a problem with my plumbing. Their plumber, Tony, showed up within 2 hours of my calling them, was prompt, courteous and qualified. Apple Aire sent me both a text message and e-mail with Tonys information so I would know who was showing up, which I appreciated. They took care of my problem, I paid a fair price, and I would definitely hire Apple Aire again.
