Honest family owned business. Great service and with professional techs.
I called Viking to look at the water pump on my really old boiler heater. They were able to come out within the hour of my call and immediately assessed and replaced my water pump. When the pressure was not returning to the system they came back out and resolved the problem under an hour with no additional charge. Excellent customer service from the technicians as well as the office manager Karen. Prices were very fair and the service was wonderful! Will definitely call them for any future needs!
Bought new furnace. They installed it and did not remove the humidifier like they were supposed to. They had to come back. Then they said they needed to fix a recall and that was 2 months ago. They won't answer our calls.
Easy to work with both the technicians and the office. 2nd winter I've needed their help and they do great work.
Had an appointment on May 18th. Didn’t hear anything so I called to verify and they said someone would be here late in the afternoon. No one ever showed up and I’ve yet to receive a phone call from them. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Just excellent service: personable tech, honest quote, fair price and good work. The follow up re the work and billing were really excellent and the people all likable!

Great company for any HVAC issues or maintenance! They installed my Nest and performed a yearly cleaning of my furnace. Very professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend them to anyone! The family is Native to Colorado.
Free quote. Fixed what was wrong. Didn't try to get us to replace things we didn't need to. Super friendly and professional. Would recomend them to anyone.
Terrible terrible terrible service. I've been talking to Karen for two weeks to schedule someone to put a new thermostat in my store and no one EVER shows up or calls. Two weeks later, they're still not there and she says they're too busy. Guess she could have told me that two weeks ago. Excuses day after day and I've been sooooo patient until today. Don't use these guys.
You can’t find better customer service then Viking. I have now used them for over 7 years and no matter what they always have shown up for me. I highly recommend Viking to all my friend and for all my heating and cooling needs! Thanks guys keep up the awesome work!
Recently had the pleasure of working with them for an A/C replacement. We had pursued another company whose service had been really good but the sales process was uncomfortable. On the advice of a friend we called Karen who immediately said they could handle the job for significantly less. Within a week Eric and Tony had come out and installed the A/C and thermostats with few setbacks and at the agreed price. They tolerated the many questions I had with straight forward answers. Great people and service, we will be hiring them for all our HVAC needs.
This is the only HVAC/plumbing company I have ever worked with over the years where they do not try to add one more thing to your bill. They are efficient, reasonable experts, and are personable and kind as well. I trust them completely
Viking has come to the rescue when our A/C unit has failed, twice in the past 3 years due to different components wearing out (it is now 20 years old). In each instance, they had someone available to come to my house the day I called (others quoted me a week out, which wasn't an option in 90+ degree heat when hosting family from out of town!) Eric was fantastic, and even worked through a thunderstorm to get our A/C restored. They're never pushy to sell you anything you don't need. Fantastic service.

I have called Viking on a couple of occasions over the last few years for both plumbing and HVAC issues. They always get back to me right away and most importantly, when they say they are going to show up, they show up! Very fair prices and tremendous to work with -- an amazing company!
Viking is the only one I'll use from now on! I've tried numerous Heating/AC businesses over the years and I finally found my "forever" one! Last year when my furnace went out, a tech from another business told me to buy a specific, expensive filter and if my furnace went out again, it would need to be replaced. A few months later when my furnace shut down when it hit -10 degress, Anthony, the service tech from Viking, assured me my furnace was fine. Anthony explained that the filter I was told to buy was too thick and my furnace was working too hard. I was charged a nominal service call charge and bought cheaper filters. Recently my AC went out and Anthony found a bad wire, not a bad AC. I appreciate a business who is honest, has integrity and professional technicians interested in customer loyalty, not screwing naïve customers just to make a buck. Both times, Anthony came the same day. Thank you Anthony and thank you Viking!
