I had the pleasure of working with Hlee who really helped us out of a bind and was fantastic to work with. Evan helped us find a part and get it overnighted and Viet came in and serviced our pizza oven and got us up and running again. These guys have become our go to Vendor for our restaurant. Thank you!
Recently had AC added into our system. It was incredibly difficult to install due to space issues in the area, but Evan did a wonderful job of problem solving and got it done. This company is on time, knows what to do, and is extremely professional. I've had lots of work done on my home and I wish I could say that about everyone I've worked with. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Evan was great to work with! He thoroughly explained the process and our options to us and was very accommodating to do the work around our schedule. The A/C has been great as the weather has been getting warmer. We couldn't be happier with the product and service.

Evan took care of me completely. Fixed my heater issues, installed a humidifier, then took care of the noise it started to make. Realistically, I'm not going to bother reaching out to any other company going forward. If I'm being honest I'll just call Evan directly as well. Kasco has my business as long as they employ him.

Evan at Kasco installed a steam humidifier. The installation included electrical work, water line connection as part of the humidifier installation. The completed work was tested and operated perfectly. The price was very reasonable especially considering the trip from the Denver metro area to the Springs. We would recommend Kasco for any HVAC needs.
Aaron was very professional- found the problem right away- had to make repair to the venting system located in the attic space- got the resident heat right before the snow storm, well done Aaron- thank you
This is a wonderful company to work with. Very responsive. Hlee was the dispatcher and our technician that came out was Mike. They were both absolutely outstanding - they were able to fix our issue despite having to travel a long ways and through snow! Would highly highly recommend them.
100% recommend, the best service I have received from an HVAC company before. KASCO Heating and Air installed a whole-house fan-powered humidifier in my house. My family and I, not being raised in CO, were not used to the dryness in the air. We were reading 11%-18% humidity during the winter. After the installation my thermostat is reading 28%-31% humidity which is fantastic, no more nosebleeds. This is exactly the lift I was expecting and what they estimated I would find. I had an in-person quote in early December, then for personal reasons, I had to delay the installation for many weeks. In between those weeks, the gentleman who provided the quote, Evan, only sent me the quotes I requested and gave me just one friendly phone call about a month afterwards. It was very nice to not be bugged by a technician to quickly buy something. Later, in February, once I had the time to schedule the installation, I called Evan and he was able to schedule and install the item within about 7 days. It was an excellent customer service experience where I felt supported and not pushed during the entire process. The price of the quote was reasonable and well-explained. In fact, Evan slightly overestimated the price instead of underestimated it, which I appreciated. They took payment through a variety of methods with a very long due date to allow me to pay in comfort. Before he left the day of the installation, Evan showed me the actual cost breakdown on a tablet and answered all of my questions. While I have had other contractors toss a carbon copy paper on the counter and leave quickly, KASCO folks did not leave until things were clear and I understood what would happen next. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations, which we already high. The technicians ensured all aspects were installed correctly, and explained to me how the system would operate moving forward. I heard about Kasco thru a friend who loved them. I had them reroute my AC refrigerant lines up into my ceiling joists so I could raise my ceiling. They were great and had it done in no time. I highly recommend!!!

Evan and Paul were great! I needed an air duct moved right away, and they gave me a quote and installed the new vent within a few days of meeting with them. Upon discovery, I found an old gas pipe that needed capping off as well, which they took care of. They were super professional and I will definitely call them up if I need more HAVAC work. Thank you guys!
