These guys are pros - from Joe the salesman who explained things clearly to the 2 installers, Scott and Dave. We purchased the new Trane system after much research. Fair price for a quality product. This system was half the price of the company advertising on TV.
From getting a quote all the way to getting the air conditioner and furnace installed was completely flawless. The service was excellent and the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Also had the most reasonable prices. They listen to what you are looking for for your house, not just try to sell you some expensive package and make it sound like a deal. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or replacement!!
Thanks to Ryan for installing AC and furnace with best model and my old furnace broke after 10 years and I am so pleased with Ryan and team installed with no issues. Thanks to Ryan and his team for taking care of my furnace/ac install. The team was very careful of my home. I had two really terrible experiences with other companies and things went so much better with 5280. Another company tried to renegotiate the contract after I had paid them half the money. Ryan was very patient, helpful, and honors his agreements.
5280 installed my heating and air conditioner two years ago. They are an excellent company to work with. They also preform routine cleaning and maintenance on the system. They are responsive, professional, and have done a great job meeting my heat and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend them.
My previous HVAC system was installed in 2003 and as you might have guessed was nearing end of life. So, I called up Ryan, the owner/operator of 5280 Heating & Air Conditioning on Thursday and arranged for him to come out the following Monday to give me a quote. He showed up when he said he would, examined the situation, provided me a quote and schedule the install. Ryan was great to work with being both professional and friendly, providing satisfactorily answers to all my questions. On Friday morning, two installers (Chris and Daniel) showed up at my house with a new HVAC unit ready to go to work hoping to finish the job in one day. The work however went a little slower than expected because the unit being replaced was installed in the attic above the second floor. Lifting the old unit to get it out of the attic and then lifting the new unit to get it installed was a great deal of work that took a lot of effort, even with my chipping in ever so little. Chris and Daniel were however able to get the heater completely installed and operating by late Friday afternoon with a plan to come back on Saturday to install the AC condenser unit outside. Ryan also dropped by at the end of the day to put a second set of eyes on the install and to make sure that I was satisfied, which I was. Unfortunately, where Friday's weather had been ideal, Saturdays was not, with cooler temperatures and snow making it near impossible to work effectively. Not to worry, Chris called me that morning and arranged to postpone the install unto late morning Sunday, which allowed my wife and I the opportunity to attend church. Again Chris and Daniel showed up right on time and within 3 hours had the old AC condenser removed and the new unit completely installed and operating. They got everything cleaned up and, after making sure I was completely satisfied left. While having a home installation like this done is always stressful, Ryan, Chris and Daniel made it as worry-free as possible.
Steve and I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and the personal service to be sure we are completely satisfied with our furnace humidifier purchase. Ryan went over the top to assist us in rebates and to be sure we were completely pleased. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable & professional. Our furnace hasn't worked correctly in 5 years (brand new house) & was constantly shutting off. Ryan was able to quickly determine the problem & fix it. We discovered the humidifier was the cheapest you can buy & hasn't worked right so we decided to have him return & install a new one. We're also considering an a/c unit from him for the master bedroom so we're not completely roasting all summer. Absolutely wonderful experience & I highly recommend Ryan! Thank you Ryan & 5280!
Ryan Meston can out and trouble shot the problem with our Heater not coming on. He gave us a estimate for the repair job and stayed with the agreed price. He did the job and ensured the heater function properly. I would recommend 5280 Heating & Air conditioning for future repairs.

This company is wonderful. Today they fixed a leak in the water line to my humidifier. Previously they installed my entire HVAC system. They are responsive courteous prompt and competent.
This will be our go to from now on! Ryan was awesome and really saved the day! Our furnace went out the morning temperatures dropped to single digits. They came out the day we called and had it fixed by the end of the day. Also the price was very reasonable! We will be using them for our A/C when we upgrade.
