They were able to come help me with cooling issues same day which was huge as no one else would. Haydon arrived and worked diligently to help me! Is it expensive? It’s probably unreasonably expensive but that’s industry wide. That said, they could have charged me more but charged me less after diagnosing the issue and being honest about it. I will be doing business with Parker Heating and Air again.

Could not be happier with Parker Heating and Air. They made the entire process, from coming out for the initial estimate, to the actual install as easy as possible. Josh and Dan made all of the paperwork and contract part super simply, and Will, Sean, and Trevor knocked out a full AC install in one day. You can’t find a better install crew. If you’re considering any furnace or AC work, go with Parker and make sure you ask for Will for the install.

The gentlemen from Parker Heating and Air, Sam, Sean, Eric & Will, spent a day installing a new heater. As usual their service was outstanding.

Our hvac kept blowing a fuse, no idea why. Sean from Parker Heating and Air came out to troubleshoot. He methodically checked all the wires, then one by one went through his checklist and instead of jumping to conclusions and replacing expensive parts without knowing for sure if that was the cause, he worked with me over the course of several visits to figure out the problem and it ended up being really dirty coils. What an excellent technician takes great pride in his work and just wants to do the work right. I appreciated him.

Our furnace recently went out and we were leaving out-of-town in 2 days during a cold spell. Parker Heating and Air were very responsive - came out the same day and replaced the furnace the next day!! Big thanks to Jared, Ryan and Austin for the excellent job they did in such a timely manner. We recommend this company for any furnace or air conditioning need!!!

Just had a humidifier installed - old system needed to be removed, electrical panel installed and new system installed. Will and Sean did an amazing job! It took far too long to get a quote for the work, but the installation team knocked it out of the park. They were quick, efficient and friendly, and left everything tidy when they were done.

Jared and Ryan just did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They went over everything and gave excellent service. They did this all in a timely matter. Highly recommend this company.

Sam was the professional who serviced my heating system. He was on time, clean, efficient, and spent time with me explaining my system. He corrected a wiring issue which caused my system to be less efficient and changed out my filters, which are located on my ceiling. I received quotes from several contractors for both a HVAC upgrade and a water heater replacement. For the HVAC upgrade they were 8-10k higher than all the other contractors (the kther contractors were 18-20k and theu were 30k for a heatpump amd 80% furnace install). I am sure they will reply and talk how they use trane and are highly qualified. Not sure that Trane or "highly qualified" necessitates that kind of markup. Also had a bid for a water heater install and move to another location. For the same water heater (Bradford white) they were 2k more than every other bid. I used Parker Plumbing and Heating and had an amazing install from a master plumber. He also caught that I needed a regulator installed per code (which the inspector asked for) and were still 2k cheaper. Please do your research. The market is tough and the best way we can all speak is with our pocketbooks.

Walter and Jeff were absolutely amazing. They came out same day service. They were kind and didn't beat around the bush, honesty is huge. These two are an amazing pair. They needed parts and had to come back out and were once again kind, genuine, and a pleasure to have around fixing my broken water heater. I because of those two I will 100% keep coming to this company for my household needs. Thank you all for your help.

Eric and Jared installed a new steam humidifier in our home and they went above and beyond! They were efficient and very friendly the whole time. I had others come out to quote and they didn’t explain one detail of the process when they walked through. However, when Daniel came from Parker Heating to give me a quote he explained every tiny detail and even showed me a drawing of how everything would look. Every person I have encountered with this company was extremely friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. I don’t trust anyone else now.

I would like to warn everyone about using the services of Parker Heating and Air, Inc. Their service was overpriced and the owner Rick refused to give us an itemized bill showing what the parts and labor costs were!! We were having trouble with our furnace lighting so called them to come look at it. We were told there would be an $150 charge just to come to the house, which I understand but the technician was at our house for 1 1/2 hours tops and changed out a gas valve and the bill was $1,171.00. Did some research with local HVAC companies and the part was around $150-200. We called twice to talk to someone about the charge and received no return phone calls so we went down to the office, not once, but twice to try to speak with someone about the bill. We were told that it's expensive to run a business and we live in a nice house so the bill was appropriate and they do not itemize bills for customers. Rick was arrogant and I would not recommend this company!!

Parker Heating and Air was very responsive and quick to help us out. We had a whole home humidifier installed. Daniel was very helpful and guided me in which unit to purchase. Sean and Will were the installers - they were very kind and professional and their work was great. Highly recommend this company!
