Frank was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Frank came out on the 4th of July to take care of our no hot water issue. We appreciate him, and 1st Choice!

I have used First Choice services in the past, and based on that positive experience, I called them again when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. The service rep did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it.
We have used 1st Choice for tears and they been great Professional, good communications, reliable and fair. Not the cheapest, but they do quality work and meet their promises. If there is a problem they take care of it. We use them for all our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. It is so nice to have one company to work with. I recommend to my friends and neighbors.
Very quick to respond - same day service for a water heater leak/replacement. Good communication, the technician sent was professional and honest in what needed to be done and, more importantly, what did not need to be done. (Others kept insisting to update things that weren't broken) Price was probably just average, tho much cheaper than another quote we received earlier in the day and with better warranties for their work. The work was also finished faster than estimated... Good expectation setting!
David was able to come out same day and was informative and helpful. Our problem couldn’t be fixed but he was very helpful in giving us options and suggestions for replacement.

Nothing wrong with service and Mr Roddy yet still does not feel very cold after AC servicing. I hope enough Freon placed. But I really really like Brendan to be primary plumber for house. He is who I was referred to. Got I always feel things done thoroughly by him. He is the reason I stick with first plumbing Thanks
