Tanner and Cody quickly came to repair a broken part on our furnace that has been making a noise. They got the replacement part and came back extremely quickly and repaired it within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them! Excellent price and responsiveness
Tanner and his crew are great professional Hvac techs who knows what their doing, very knowledgeable installed a tankless water heater for me by his recomendation and its best upgrade we could've done to our home, thanks T&C mechanical wont hesitate to refer these guys best in the business!!!!

Horrible service and communication! Contacted them because of references found online. They did come out and gave a reasonable quote to do the project on a new basement Construction. They completed the ductwork and mentioned that I called them after the basement is drywalled and painted so they could come in and put in all the vents for supply and return and bathroom fan. I called and texted multiple times and got excuse after excuse on why he had not shown back up to complete the job. Then just got ghosted. Paid them cash upon completion of half the work and was left to do my own research on vent sizes and bathroom fans needed to complete the basement. Beware of these individuals as they are very shady.
Our ac broke down and Cody was able to fit us in his busy schedule to help us fix it, he was fast, did a great job, and my house has never been colder. 10/10 would recommend to friends
My heat went out on Saturday and they were there and had it fixed within about an hour. HVAC work isn’t cheap but for a weekend emergency fix I thought the price was reasonable.

Cody was the 4th person that I called (he was recommended by a friend, wish he would’ve been my first phone call). Our furnace was 21 years old and he tried to fix it for us (even though we were prepared to buy new furnace & a/c). He finally relented and we talked about different furnaces and a/c’s. We bought a new furnace, a/c and humidifier (I have always wanted one on the furnace). Incredible guy, very smart, tenacious :), affordable and again, a good guy! I highly highly recommend him!
Our furnace died during a low teens cold spell. Cody dropped everything and had us a new and better furnace installed the next day. That’s what I call exceptional customer service!!

Cody helped us in a pinch with furnace service and replacing a sump pump while our house was under contract to sell. He was reasonably priced, prompt, honest and all around a good guy. Would definitely use again. Thank you.
I had customer support from Google and Ecobee tell me I couldn't use their smart thermostats. A known HVAC specialist came by and said I'd need to rewire the house to install one and charged a good sized fee to just deliver the bad news . Cody asked one simple question, looked at a photo and told me I didn't have a problem at all. He committed to installing it and after a 30 minute visit, I'm now very happy with a Nest installed.
Cody just connected an exhaust pipe for me in the attic, but was very punctual, friendly, professional, and honest. He even gave me a discount from the original price he quoted me because the job was easier than he thought it would be. And his original quote was less than the other quotes I got in the first place. Just a good dude. Wish it was easier to find people like this these days. Thus the importance of writing reviews!
I had my air ducts and furnace cleaned and when the job was finished my heater would not start. The air duct cleaning company wasn't able to send anyone out until the next day, at the earliest, so I contacted Cody with T&C Mechanical. He came over right away and found that a fuse had been blown. He replaced it and my furnace started right up. He checked my furnace over and gave me other advice too. I would highly recommend T&C Mechanical if you need work done on your furnace.
They did a fantastic job on total renovation of my HVAC as well as heating my garage. Workmanship was of high-quality and at a very good price point. I would highly recommend!

I had Tanner come out to do some work last week on my townhome. I’ve had constant problems over the last month with other big name companies not showing up, or trying to oversell me because I’m a girl. He’s the only one to show up and be honest with me. I have a stack of his cards now I’m happy to hand out. Thanks guys!!
Tanner and Cody installed a tankless water heater in my house over the summer. I love it never worry about running out of hot water now.
