I purchased a new AC unit from Royal HVAC 3 yrs ago & when I called to report a needed repair found that L&L had purchased the previous company. Despite Royal not memorializing their warranty in writing with either myself or L&L, L&L honored my prior purchase in conjunction with their own warranty. They also stood by their initial statement that there would just be a $129 service call fee (no cost for parts) after finding that my unit required refrigerant/coolant which is normally $289. The technician also shared very useful info I had not received before concerning operation, which I was able to corroborate & which is important in keeping the system running properly. Their communication was also very good prior to the appt and I received an email thank you afterwards. All in all, I was very pleased with their customer service & would recommend this company.

All my experiences with L&L have been great. Their workers are nice and their prices are very reasonable.
L & L heating was very quick to send someone to my home to help me out with my AC not working. Their technician Sebastian was very polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very kind and interested in solving the root of the problem that was going on for a year long. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of their service and response time. Thank you!
I used this company to start my swamp cooler for the season. Quick turnaround and fair price. Small job but met expectations.
On Oct 21, 2021. Our hot water heater had a leak in the basement utility room. I called a contractor which we had previously used but soon realized they no longer existed and had sent their client list to L&L heating and AC. The salesman Tim said that he could give the estimate over the phone, which I thought was a great, to save time. The price was reasonable, so we scheduled the job to start on Monday 10/25/21. I was told the job would take around 3 hours. On Monday the technician showed up and said it would take three days! He said, they needed a longer exhaust duct and the old unit would need time to drain. I told him there was a Home Depo near bye with exhaust ducting and a large floor drain in the utility room. The technician gave me the option to accept the later date or find a new contractor. This put us in a rough position and we accepted the three day delay . In hindsight, I wish I would have found a different contractor. A few days later they replaced the hot water heater in around 2 hours. An hour later my wife who works in the basement said there was an unusual smell coming from the utility room. I called L&L and explained I was concerned about the smell and for the safety of my family (infant, toddler, and wife). They told me how to turn off the unit and the gas connection. The next day they installed the correct size exhaust duct which fixed the toxic smell. After the hot water heater was correctly installed, I had concerns about the efficiency of the new unit, but at that point, I was just happy not to have toxic gases in our basement. A few days later I called and asked to speak to the owner concerning our experience, he never called back. I left two messages and never heard back. The experience was a nightmare. Their business failed at all levels; owner, salesman and technician.
Technician was very informative as he inspected our AC and HVAC maintenance for a quote.
Nick with L&L was great. The company was responsive and Nick was on time and very professional. I will use L&L for all my future heating and AC services.
Called at 8 am and the service technician, Sebastian Montoya, was at our home by 9:30. He was very professional and courteous and thoroughly answered all our questions. He resealed a vent for us that was leaking. Service call and repair were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
They came out the same morning that we called and fixed it right up. We were so grateful because it was during a major cold snap and we were cold the night before.
My husband heard an ad on the radio for L&L and gave them a call for a whole house humidifier and filtration system. They got us scheduled right away and Brandon was beyond fantastic. He called to let us know he was running a little late and then called when he was on his way. When he arrived (which was still within the window) he was prepared to install on that initial visit! Absolutely spectacular customer service!!!
Awesome local business! Alexis was great to work with in answering all questions, gave upfront pricing and scheduling service next day. She was in contact with Nick (tech) and relayed the arrival info immediately upon our inquiry. Nick was super professional, went over and above in ensuring satisfaction and provided excellant service, all at a reasonable price! Definitely will use L & L again in the future.

Working with this company was a great experience! Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional, and expertly answered all of my questions. The Hernandez team of father and two sons did the installation of a new furnace and humidifier. They were a pleasure to work with. Punctual, professional and very pleasant. Would highly recommend L & L Heating & Air Conditioning.
We use L&L for our furnace and ac tune up every year, and we just had them replace our dehumidifying fan. They did a great job as always, on time, great communication, each tech we’ve used has been friendly and helpful this is why we keep using them!
Although availability was low (which is understandable during this time of season) the technician was extremely knowledgeable and provided great service.
