Fast, friendly. Great service on my hvac capacitor replacement by Caleb.
Predatory company. First red flag was they sent a saleperson along with the technician for a diagnostic visit. We have an old unit and we know that, but they didn't even give us options for a stop-gap fix and went straight into trying to sell us on a 12k+ 10-year lease on a new hvac system. Said they wouldn't be able to find a replacement part for a unit that old and tried to scare us by talking about our band coolant (which is legal to have in old units, just illegal to put in new units). Then charged us nearly $100 for this sales pitch. Ended up getting the unit fixed for $800 with a different company.

HOT WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT: Our very old hot water heater was past its prime. Replaced it with a 50-gallon Bradford & White unit. Plumber came when promised, was very careful of our property (the old HW heater, heavy with sediment, was hauled carefully up the stairs.) We use the Longmont office. Service Experts also services our HVAC system. They are a bit more expensive, however, they have quality staff, use quality products, and installation materials. The HW heater install included a new gas feed line, a ScalerRX scale reduction system, new gas valve, an expansion tank (required by code), and reused the catch pan. Our plumber was Matthew. YES, they also replace water heaters and do plumbing repairs!

Called Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning and was thankful they fit me in same day as my house was without hot water because my tankless Rinnai hot water heater (HWH) would only run loudly for a few seconds before shutting down with a 10 error code. Just before the technician arrived I found a 14 minute YouTube video that was a tutorial on my suspected issue with the Rinnai HWH. I watched it a few times and got started on the project as I’m relatively mechanically capable and thought it worth a try. I got the face-cover off and about that time the technician arrived. I described to him the presenting issue and I showed him a clip of the video I had watched showing that a small blower fan likely had taken in moths or lint and needed to be cleaned. Technician took a look and started talking about his dislike for Rinnai products which I now think is a reflection of his unfamiliarity with the product. Instead of removing the blower fan and cleaning it, he said it was behind a valve and something else (it wasn’t, and was already exposed) and would be “an all day project”. I recommend a possible shortcut which was me grabbing my leaf blower and attempting to clean the venting/unit in a sort of shortcut/backwards approach. It turns out, that worked, initially, and discovered that the same problem occurred minutes after I paid $310 for the service call +1 hour labor, and he left. Also, had I not recommended the blower technique that only worked temporarily, I don’t think any work would have occurred besides the tech voicing his displeasure with Rinnai. So, another night without water, wallet $310 lighter, and I decided I’d tackle the project in the morning. I once again removed the cover plate and 1 digital display, disconnected 2 wire harnesses and removed 4 screws to then remove the expected issue, a dirty blower. It was obvious that this YouTube tutorial had accurately diagnosed the issue: the blower was filled with dead moths and their residue. I cleaned the
Put a part in it didn't fix the stove they charged me for a special order part never showed back up never would speak to me on the phone I told him I would pay for the service call but not for the parts which I already paid him $350 for the part never got a refund never got anybody to respond at all the operator or the secretary answered but nobody else ever called back the resolve this
Mason, Max and Harrison just installed two new water heaters in our properties. They were polite, friendly and efficient during their work. I am very pleased to have these gentlemen work on our heating/HVAC equipment. Thank you
Greg and Richard had been running late, but took the extra time to answer my questions and (by finding a large ‘box’ filter) solved a mystery that dates back to our home’s purchase in 2005!! They also ‘busted’ some internet advice and ‘walked me through’ the Seasonal (and day/night) settings - as well as offering some strategies for this ‘shoulder’ season! Some of The Best service we’ve received in the past year of replacements, installations, deliveries, and maintenance!!

Mason and Keegan did a terrific job of installing our new 4” furnace filter. They provided us with photos of their work, which Mason carefully showed and explained to me, possibly to save me a trip down a flight of stairs. I am in a boot from recent foot surgery. However I went down the stairs anyway and Keegan showed me how to uninstall and reinstall a filter. Our issue was very thoroughly and professionally resolved. We will definitely be using Service Experts again and will recommend them every chance we get.

Danny, Jonathan, and Alan were great! They serviced and cleaned our furnace and air conditioner. They were on-time and efficient. When we ran into an issue finding a hose hook-up at the condo complex to clean the A/C, they went well above and beyond expectations to figure out a creative solution. Grateful for their patience and willingness to help!
