What they said they would do, they did it. In today's climate of lack of service they were very refreshing. Tyler and Alex were very responsive to my situation. I was kept informed of steps of this process. I would highly recommend Viking Mechanical for any of your emergency situations and service. You will be glad you did!!!
Kyler has come to our house multiple times. Every visit he has exceeded our expectations with the quality of work. In addition to that he is extremely attentive to my requests and is always willing to thoroughly answer any questions I have.

Gabe and Frank provided exceptional service repairing our A/C system. They were able to troubleshoot the issue and replace the failing component in a few minutes. They also cleaned the system and topped off the refrigerant. Absolutely fantastic service! They demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. I highly recommend Viking Mechanical Services.
Very customer-focused and professional. My friend couldn’t be at home for the installation, so I let Gabs and Dom in. They introduced themselves, gave me a clear idea what they’d be doing and were very professional and orderly throughout. Afterward, Gabs took me down to see the work - what a neat job! They even labeled all the shutoffs for my friend.

Just moved to Colorado with lots of needed house repairs and Viking has helped with our journey. Alex and Gabriele did an amazing job installing new toilets. Alex inspected all faucets and toilets throughout the house and advised us areas of concern. We will definitely be using their services again. Super friendly and professional staff and a pleasure to work with.
Francisco and Elijah came out to trouble shoot my AC compressor that had stopped working. They were on time, friendly, professional, and most importantly, fixed the problem on a 90 degree day. I signed up for Viking’s maintenance plan on the spot. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

I had a pipe sticking out of my finished basement that they were able to cut and level with the floor without damaging the concrete or carpets. They did a fantastic job and you can't even tell it wasn't originally like that. They were incredibly friendly and also did a free inspection of the plumbing in my house to make sure everything was good.
Kyler was very thorough and committed to problem solving. While he was unable to resolve the issue this time, we have a game plan going forward. He was first HVAC person who was focused on finding the source of the problem.
Kyler and Elijah installed a new furnace for me. They were on time, very professional, and very friendly. They made sure everything was working properly, and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend them!!
Daniel Cole was my service tech on 12/06/2022. My boiler was running and would not shut down when the thermostat was turned down. Daniel identified the problem, had the replacement part in his van, made the repair and had me back up and running in less than an hour. I would recommend Viking Mechanical. I will use them again. I used Viking again to fix a leaking toilet on 05/15/23. Alex Georgopoulos was my service technician and he did a great job!! Once again, Alex had the parts required in his van and made the repair in short order. My recommendation stands. These people do a great job!! I used Viking again to fix my faucets on 06/05/23. Gabriele Azzalun was my service technician and he did a great job!! My recommendation continues to stand firm. These people do a great job!!!
Alex and Gabs came to our house to detect the root of a strange leak we had. I assumed it was a plumbing issue as we had water pooling in a bathroom and asked them to search certain areas and they came up with some ideas as to where the issue may have come from as well. They went above and beyond searching in our crawl space and looking in every possible problem area in the house. In the end they determined it was most likely a roof issue due to the recent hailstorms and severe wind we have had. I had 2 plumbers come out prior to them and they were the only ones to go above and beyond and come up with an explanation, the first 2 plumbers made me feel like I was crazy but Alex and Gabs humored me and provided excellent investigative skills and hospitality. They were also extremely considerate of my infant and toddler in the home while they were working. I only wish they did roofs!
We looked all over for someone to maintain our desert cooler, since most air-condioning companies won't do that. Viking did both ours and another family member's, and did great on both. It was such a relief to find them, since we're getting too old to be safely climbing up on the roof. We signed up for their subscription plan, which covers annual maintenance at a reduced rate.
I needed a water leak fixed and this company was professional and efficient. Gabs is very kind and respectful, and always answered my questions. Gabs and Alex did great work! Thank you!
Excellent service provided by Elijah, Gabs and Alex. They were very thorough in their work & professional.
Gabs replaced our sump pump and did a great job. It took a little while to figure out what the problem was, and he took the time to sort it out properly.
