Great customer service
I will only do business with vertical heating and cooling going forward. Aaron is honest and transparent with describing what the issue is and laying out options to address the problem. He went above and beyond to take care of my furnace breaking down during the recent cold weather. Simply stated he is an absolute hero!!
Ridiculously impressed. I called with a broken AC and he was out same-day and had a fix immediately! I was very grateful for it happening so quickly! Competent and professional - it was nice to just have the problem taken care of. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much Aaron! Our furnace went out in the middle of the night when it was -11 degrees outside. Our house was at about 40-45 degrees and we had received a quote from a competitor for over $1400 for replacement parts that would not even arrive for 2-3 days(what?!?!). My husband and I were incredibly uncomfortable with having our house be so cold for that long and paying that amount of money on top of it, so my husband called Aaron. Aaron arrived within 10 minutes, was extremely professional and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Needless to say, we did not have to pay $1400 or wait 2-3 days for heat. We highly recommend Vertical Heating and Cooling!!! Thanks again!
Aaron is knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working. Whatever your HVAC needs, he'll figure out how to solve your problems quickly and efficiently - and he'll explain everything to you so you understand it too. I'll be using Vertical Heating & Cooling for all of my future HVAC needs, and you should too. Customer Service is on point with Jacob on-top of phones and logistics, he's always answered immediately and coordinated flawlessly. Justin is all right too I guess :)
Aaron and his guys went above and beyond with the work they did. I was amazed, he had to take the blower from the furnace to a CAR WASH to clean it correctly. I wouldn't recommend anybody else more highly than Aaron and his crew.
Extremely efficient, trustworthy and informative. Gave us an incredible quote. Made home ownership nightmares (AC out and water heater out) less stressful and gave a super quick solution to both! Cannot recommend them enough!!
I cannot speak highly enough of Aaron, Justin, and Jacob. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks of the year and they were at our house the same day, helped to get us cooled off again and provided the most stellar service. This is an honest company that provides quality service.
They did a great job explaining the problems and recommendations. They got us in quick and the installation went very well. They also came in at at lower price from other Amana dealers. Great job!
Aaron, thank you for responding so admirably to our emergency. We found out the air conditioner was overdue for replacement the day after bringing home our newborn baby. Our A/C went out in our home in Loveland. New to the area we were not sure who to call. We found Aaron through HomeAdvisor. His estimate was timely and reasonable. After speaking with him, we were sold. The only catch... This happened right in the middle of the COVID 19 outbreak. Aaron took extra precautions and had the new unit installed right away. We would recommend him to family and friends without any hesitation!
All I can say is WOW, these guys are amazing. I called yesterday evening when my elderly mother's water heater broke. He gave me an amazing price and had it replaced early this morning. I cannot thank this company enough! I've world with many HVAC professionals over the years and these guys surpass all of them by far. I can't say enough to thank them for their amazing work.
Woke up to a cold house on Thanksgiving morning. Didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come and take a look, but I called Aaron at Vertical at 8am and he told me he could be at my house in 2 hours. 2 hours later he was at my house, quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and provided a fix at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will be using Vertical for my future heating and cooling needs.
So this guy, Aaron, was the only person that would give me business when my heater went out during the first freeze. He was obviously busy but still found time to get me into his schedule. Not to mention, he had a great deal I couldn't find anywhere else. He came out to my house in just a few hours, found the problem and got it fixed in no time. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a really long time. I would recommend this guy to everyone in need of a good price and good customer service.
1st. Thank you, Vertical HVAC for saving us from melting during those 100° days! Our A.C. was on the fritz during 100° days this summer. I contacted Vertical HVAC and they were able to come out same day. Aaron was able to diagnose the issue and explained in detail to me, in which I able to understand. That being said, we let the A.C. run to it's death. Verticle HVAC was able to be here and install a new A.C. unit along with a new furnace in a timely manner. They were prompt and the job was done way faster than I expected. Aaron, again, went over in detail all of the new equipment and paperwork needed for the warranty. I would, hands down, reccomend Vertical Heating and Cooling. Great work! 👍👍💯
These guys crush it, you'll be happy that you hire them! If you want to work with guys that have good attitudes, that do what they say, when they say it will get done or sooner, that give a very fair price and that are good dudes, look no further than Vertical HVAC. Aaron and Kory completed an air conditioning job so fast that I probably saved 4-5 days and they were considerably less expensive. I'd like to give them 10 stars. Thanks guys.
Aaron installed my Nest thermostat and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was doing and really seems to know his stuff! He was also delightful to speak with and communicated his arrival time with me before the job. I'd highly recommend them for this type of work and I also plan to use them when purchasing a furnace/AC this summer.
