Lalo was knowledgeable and took the time to educate me. He did a thorough diagnostic and was able to address the problem immediately.
This was exceptional service and should be recognized and shared. Brian at M &M HVAC is incredibly professional and wholeheartedly understood my needs and my budget. Brian displayed the utmost professionalism going above and beyond to ensure that I understood my options. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns with a level of detail and left no room for doubt. His dedication to delivering excellent customer service was evident in every interaction with him. My system gets installed on Tuesday and I'll give everyone an update on the installation.

Derrick was very professional once he arrived (6pm for a 3-5pm slot). I understand he was delayed on another job and his office did call at 4pm to say he would be delayed. He inspected my system and told me my options with no attempt to sell me on their services, just gave me cost for each option, which was refreshing.
Replaced our aging 20+ year old A/C unit with a new Lennox unit. Work was done exceptionally well. Very professional, competent and extremely customer driven. Jason the Lead Installed was exceptionally good not only hooking in the A/C unit to the home complex, but also making improvements to the installation as needed along the way. Very satisfied with the team from M&M.
Cody was very respectful and considerate in explaining to me what was wrong with my AC. It turns out I needed a new system and they are able to install it tomorrow (the next day) which is so appreciated considering it is the end of June. He was very helpful in getting a fair price and not trying to upsell me something I don’t need. I would definitely recommend them.
Our service tech Stephen Shadrach came today and did our spring/summer tuneup. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Very informative and helpful. This is consistent with our service from MandM over the years. We rate Stephen a 5 star tech. We've also had Chad and Brien in the past and the quality of service is always excellent.
I have been using M&M for all my services that they cover for years. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

David did a great job inspecting my sump pump. He took his time to look for any potential related problems and he thoroughly explained how it works with patience and professionalism.

Cody was great, very professional and helpful. He worked quickly and did a great job. If you can find coupons on their website, definitely use them. They took my coupon and saved me $95 for a water heater flush and ac clean and tune up, which was great. I also appreciate that Cody gave me a heads up about future work needs without trying to push me into the work, always nice to have a technician that respects your timing and budget.
Lalo took photos and explained everything to me regarding the issues with my central air. He gave me options and prices. He is professional, and has the r to answer any question. He is also patient and personable. I respect that, thank you!
My septic system had to be replaced. Abel Aragon, Plumbing Field Supervisor was so helpful and communicative in orchestrating the septic repair and making things as easy as possible for me. You would never know that there was a repair as the front yard was restored to back to the original state. I am very pleased with Abel, his crew and M&M. Highly Recommend.

MnM is the best! They got me a Lennox Ac and Furnace for less than Costco on the same Lennox model. They were also the best price on a Navian Tankless water heater. The install team was A+ The electricians and plumbers were very knowledgeable, and the office staff was also very professional and helpful. It takes a lot of hard work to assemble a team this good.
