Derek was extremely kind, knowledgable and informative. We had a recirculation pump on our boiler go out, along with the expansion tank and he diagnosed the issue immediately and knocked the repair out with both great skill and a quickness! Derek replaced my 30 year old furnace with a new 96% efficiency furnace. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and friendly. He took the time to answer questions and concerns. He was very thorough and efficient in his work. The furnace works great and I’m already saving money on my energy bill. I will use Innovations Mechanical for my HVAC and plumbing needs.
Derek is very knowledgeable about the many aspects of HVAC and plumbing. He installed my home furnace and A/C as well as my tankless water heater. He’s also diagnosed and repaired the Natural Gas heater in my garage and completed a tune up on my home heating system. I highly recommend him.

I would use Derek again in a heartbeat. We needed to replace a boiler quickly as it was freezing cold and there was no heat or hot water. He jumped on this and was very responsive, communicative and did a great job. A 12 on a scale of 1 - 10.
I have upgraded my house with a new high efficiency furnace, on demand water heater and central air-conditioning in the past two years. Derek did all the removal and installation on the three systems. He is very innovative in problem solving and the quality of his work is excellent. He is very knowledgable on new technology and has solid experience repairing older equipment as well. He takes the time to insure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction.
