Quick to answer and reasonable prices for service. They got just as annoyed as I did when they ordered a part for my fridge and what was sent and recommend for my model was not what was actually installed. They also have extra services to keep eyes on big things like AC and such. Highly recommend!
Travis was exceptional and completed the commercial restaurant job in a professional and timely manner. Would highly recommend him and Horizon Appliance!
Great response time and tech was professional and polite but downside is outrageous install costs make this business pointless. Part is $325 and $1000 to install so it's 80% the cost of a new fridge? Add that on to the ability of getting it replaced before the part comes in so why would anyone repair anything?
Great customer service, the service tech came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot my refrigerator , even though his schedule was already full. As soon as the part needed to fix my refrigerator was received, Tom was at my house the next day to repair my refrigerator. Horizon appliance & HVAC is now my “Go To” for appliance repair.
This was a fridge repair. Robert was good at explaining what was going on with my fridge. Very polite. This fridge has been a real pain - and I am hoping that this latest repair does the trick.

We are so happy with Horizon. Both Tom and Robert were delightful! Our fridge had some extra challenges and they came out as soon as they had availability to make sure everything was running smoothly. Really appreciate their attention to customer service! Will definitely use in the future.

Our refrigerator was not working properly on our Whirlpool. Our ice machine was no longer working and the temperature started to go down as well. They diagnosed that we needed a new control board. After replacing it nothing had changed and we still had the same issue. I had called and they scheduled me the next day to come back. This continued to go on for multiple weeks where they would come back, fix another thing and we still had the same issue. As frustrating as it was Horizon Appliance continued to work with us and come back until the issue was resolved. And they did that free of charge since they couldn't fix it the first couple of times. They got to a point where they had to reach out to Whirlpool to diagnose the issue. We are glad that they stuck with us and didn't blow us off and tell us to get a new fridge. We appreciate them coming out and working with us. The one thing I would have liked is if we had work on a Saturday we wouldn't hear back until Monday and I usually had to call on Monday because I had no update of what was happening next.
New garbage disposal installed quickly. I’m happy to have a working disposal again..
I signed up for a maintenance package and they came out to do a comprehensive review of numerous appliances. They made suggestions for maintenance and improvement and I will be following up with repairs on my own.
They fixed my washing machine, which is great. But they had me order a part which was supposed to be the issue to fix. The part never came and I paid upfront but the machine was still fixed. I felt cheated and way overcharged. Edit: it's been another month. No part and no refund issued. Edit: it's been six months now. No part no refunds made. Very unethical business.
Horrible experience. They charged us $2,900 for parts to fix our Viking Range a year ago. The parts were on back order for months and months. We then asked them to order from another vendor which they said they did. After another 2 months, still no parts so we asked for a refund. Despite over 20 calls to the company and owner, they have not refunded our money despite telling us they would. I filed a complaint with the BBB. My suggestion - don't pay them until the work is done and you are satisfied. The owner's follow-up is completely untrue. We asked for a refund, they agreed, they said they had processed the refund through Square. They claim the money was taken out of their account but we never received. After 10 more calls Travis said he would put a check in the mail to us, which we never received. This is theft. I strongly suggest not working with this company, they are completely dishonest.
They came and were able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and set up a time to repair. Came back for repairs and got everything working but had to come back another time to replace the drain hose as it was a non standard part. They made sure everything got done right.
Refrigerator repair, was complex and it took a while but they worked to resolve the issue until they achieved success. Very professional and good to work with.
AVOID THS COMPANY! I have yet to ever write a negative review but I feel like I need to help others avoid this company. Thumbtack has cost posted at $65. All I was requesting was to have my new washer and dryer stacked and provided the kit. The technician shows up and charged $185. I shared on thumbtack I would only be able to help minimally - which means I can’t be expected to be the other technician. The technician drops the dryer and causes damage to it and then isn’t even able to stack them so leaves. I ask how it will be repaired when I call back and they tell me “it’s not our responsibility you dropped the dryer.” After struggling to get a time for them to come back and fix this issue I just asked for a refund. What a bummer
