Used them for a large heating&a/c project. Have had an issue with it every year but they won’t return calls or emails for service/repairs. I would NOT recommend.
They are trustworthy, efficient and super knowledgeable! The Heil AC/Heating system costs a little more but this is the first time the entire house is cooled or heated thoroughly. Highly recommend this business! Be patient on response but they are worth it.
Mixed feelings about posting this. These guys did great work on my home furnace a few years ago. Now this is the 2nd time I've called & texted to request service (for a different residence) with no response. I understand people are busy and service providers are short-staffed, but a quick reply back with "Sorry, we are booked until ____" would be nice.
Grays will not return phone calls or service equipment they install.. they will just dodge your calls.
Larry and Levi have helped us with new HVAC systems in many of our homes. We highly recommend these knowledgable, responsive professionals.
Above and beyond. Grays did a great job installing my basement finish duct work, and even returned to address a small issue I had. Top notch service. The job was done quickly as well. I am satisfied with their work!
