Took my call but never responded to setup an apt. There was a miscommunication between the answering service and routing the call... They did call back eventually and are correcting the issue.
I had a burst pipe in my basement on Christmas Eve and after calling 10 plumbers, Everest Mechanical was the only company to give me the time of day! Shelly was very accommodating and even though it was Christmas Eve and she had her own burst pipe, she figured out a way to get her plumber, Manny to my house that night to save Christmas! Manny was arrived exactly when they said, was very professional and did a high quality job. He took the time to explain mitigation steps to avoid a future pipe burst. I highly recommend Everest and will be using them again (hopefully under less urgent circumstances!)

I usually have to snake my main sewer line every year due to all the mature trees in the neighborhood. My husband and I usually do this ourselves but there is not a place in Longmont that rents the equipment anymore. I called and got a quote for $126, 2 to 4 pm arrival time. He finally shows up at 4:45 (no phone call saying he would not make the appointment window) and I show him the access (in the downstairs laundry room). He seemed concerned he would have to work so close to the washing machine so I offered to move it but he said no problem. He snapped a picture of the sewer access and said he had "to go get a different piece of equipment and would be right back". Strange, but OK. He called about 30 minutes later and said he showed the picture to his boss and his boss said the cost would be a minimum of $495 and they wanted to snake through the upstairs toilet. My husband and I have never had a problem snaking from the access port in the laundry room. I wonder why a professional would refuse to do it. Very shady all around. Stay away from these guys.
They hire residential service plumbers to install commercial builds .so hacks. And highly unprofessional.
Joe was incredible, responsive, on time, and friendly. He not only helped us fix the issue, he identified an additional future issue to get ahead of and explained the issue a way that we could understand. Thank you!
Had a issue with my AC unit. Tony the service tech came out on saturday to come look at the problem. Tony was very knowledgeable about all the componets and explained what he was looking for with the system. Turns out it leaked refridgerant so he went across town to get some more, fixed the system and even went far as cleaning the condensor. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Everest and I want Tony everytime I need work done.
Everest Mechanical came highly recommend by my friends at WestPro. Joe, my technician with Everest Mechanical went above and beyond to address the condensation line, inspect the furnace, test gas pressure and inspect the refrigerant levels in my A/C system. Rahul and Everest Mechanical responded within 1 business day and sent a pure talent technician, Joe. He was very friendly and super down to earth. Everest Mechanical is willing to stand behind their work and that proves that they truly care about their customers. I have referred multiple friends and family and I will continue to do so. We used Everest to evaluate and ultimately repair our septic system. They did an awesome job and came up with the most economical solution to our problems. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing/HVAC needs.

Very professional and responsive, Brian got back to me promptly with the quote and they were very flexible with options for installation. Prices are quite reasonable and I'd recommend them for future work including annual maintenance and AC work.
We had our boiler flue replaced through an insurance claim. The technicians were super professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Everest will have our business from here on out!
We had a lot of work done with Everest Mechanical - we entrusted them with some major upgrades in our older home including a new water heater, new AC, new hose bibs and water shut-offs. Everyone at Everest Mechanical (Hoyt, Frank, Joe, & Thomas just to name a few) is AWESOME. Hoyt and team installed a new 50 gal water heater for us same day, upgrading all of our piping and valves along the way. All this work was impeccable and Hoyt took time along the way to explain everything he was doing for us and the steps we should take as homeowners to keep our systems running well. But then we got the short straw for our AC install. The AC install started out very bumpy, as the individual who came to do the work did not follow the specs as outlined in the proposal. So we ended up with the AC line running on the outside of our house instead on through our ceiling in the lower floor. Short of rewinding time, Everest Mechanical did EVERYTHING in their power to make it right, including giving us a maintenance package to guarantee the quality of their work for the next couple years. Fast forward a few months later when we were unable to get our heater working on the first cold day of the season (user error -forgot to turn the gas on!) and they were still able to come same day to perform the preventative maintenance on the heater. We will continue to use Everest Mechanical for all of our pluming and HVAC needs.
