They were very responsive and professional and the tech got my problem resolved quickly! Very important when it is 7 degrees outside!
Jacob was very professional and very educational. He informed me about furnace's and what will be more energy efficient for our house/needs.
Our furnace went out 9pm. We waited until morning to call and at 8am the lady that answered the phone had very good customer service and was very pleasant to speak today and told us our tech would call when he is on the way but set appt for 12pm. When our tech Jacob called OMG we could tell right off the bat he had beyond AMAZING customer service!!! He asked some questions so he knew what he was coming into. His whole time here while he was fixing our unit he gave us a lot of knowledge. We felt he was completely honest. He is ABSOLUTELY amazing and we couldn’t be more happy with the service he provided!!! CVHA will be the only ones we call when in need for our HVAC system. Great job at getting that young man Carbon Valley!!!
I placed an emergency call to them when the igniter in my furnace failed. They were here within an hour. They were prompt, professional and didn't charge me for the 2nd service call to install the igniter after having to order it. I highly recommend them.

The heater is now blowing heat instead of cool air. The problem was solved. The problem an solution was explained very clearly to my husband and I to where we understood. Jacob is very knowledgeable. If I ever need help with my heater again I know who I’ll call Carbon Valley Heating and Air. The office was also very polite. THANK YOU
Dale from Carbon Valley visited our house because we had poor air flow to our second floor. He checked everything and for a minute, it looked like we had a very expensive repair project. Then he pulled out our air filter, which was filthy, and the air flow returned to normal. I was so impressed with his integrity which extends to the company. They could have had a large contract, but they did the right thing for the customer and made an easy fix. Thank you Dale and Carbon Valley!

Since I started using Carbon Valley for maintenance of my evaporative cooler, it has run quietly, used less water and runs reliably.

Our gas furnace and AC were both in need of a check so I went with Carbon Valley Heating & Air at the recommendation of neighbors on Nextdoor. What a great experience! Booking a service appointment was quick and easy, the appointment availability suited my needs, and the price was reasonable. Jacob, the technician was prompt, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Our units are old and living on borrowed time, though no issues were identified. We had an informative (for me) conversation about everything from heat pumps to modulators to efficiency to costs. I will definitely consider Carbon Valley Heating & Air when the time comes to look at replacing our system. Highly recommend!

Edit: revised my review because I think they reinstalled the AC motor backward, ultimately requiring a new unit. Their techs came out day of and on short notice when my A/C went out. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, let me know the exact cost, and didn’t want to sell me anything. I only mention that because it is a problem in the industry according to the reviews of other local companies. Lastly, the pricing was incredibly affordable and fair. I saved their number in my phone in case of any other emergencies and would recommend this company. Final thing, the guys seemed very kind and trustworthy in the short amount of time they were working on my A/C.
When my AC suddenly died on a 90+ degree day, Josh was at my house within 60 minutes to fix it. He was friendly and courteous and encouraged me to clean it out myself to save the cleaning fee! Fast, friendly, and affordable, I couldn't ask for more!
