Very happy with the mini splits that Jason and Paul installed! They finished in half the quoted time and it works so well. It's completely silent and so much better than my old window units. Very grateful for the rebate and tax return research that they provided too.
I had a wonderful experience with Blue Valley and Senior Technician, Jason Baker, in particular. They arrived the same day and were able to diagnose our AC problem quickly. Because the unit is under full warranty with another company, Jason recommended that I call them. He provided a full write-up and photos for me to send. Very professional. I will use Blue Valley again!
I was very pleased with the depth of knowledge and speed with which it took to diagnose the problem. We noticed an issue with our geothermal, and in less than 6 hours we had it fixed.

I use Blue Valley's maintenance program for my geothermal units. There expertise is excellent. This is not my first geothermal service company. They are now my permanent one. Repairs get done quickly and their is great communication regarding the arrival time of technicians. I give them my highest recommendation

I'm a big fan of Blue Valley ever since they replaced my HVAC unit two years ago. The entire staff is professional, competent and friendly, including Tyler, who performed annual maintenance on the unit today. I was given a 4-hour window for his arrival, but he called to say he could arrive earlier if it worked for me. That was great ... no waiting around! Once here, he explained the process, did his work, and then followed up with me about the condition of the unit. Within minutes, I had his full inspection report in my inbox. I have recommended Blue Valley to friends and will continue to do so.
My technician, John Loos, was professional, compassionate, thorough, and educational. The entire team was responsive and communicated service times and expectations. Each step in the repair was explained prior to Mr. Loos starting it. I am very satisfied.
Blue Valley is exceptional, as is their technician Eric. He takes the time to explain what the issue is and how to keep it from happening again. They always manage to find a way to show up earlier than the expected date which is so appreciated. So happy to have found Blue Valley!
John is an excellent tech that works for Blue Valley. He did a very thorough inspection of our units to make sure they were working properly, found the issue and installed a thermostat.

Blue Valley team went above and beyond scheduling services, and were very responsive on getting the equipment installed timely. The team walked through all aspects of the installation process and flagged any issues as they came up. Highly recommend them.

I went with Blue Valley Heating and Cooling for my seasonal maintenance on my A/C and furnace. They were very communicative about their services and costs, and I also appreciated that while they were servicing my HVAC system, they also took a look at a plumbing issue I was having. One of their team members was knowledgeable in small plumbing issues and they came over at a later time to fix that up. Thank you Tyler and Eric!

Do not use this company! I paid thousands up front then had my system changed on me, spent lots of wasted time trying to fix things, was hung up on by staff and managers, and ended up with an outdated low end system when I signed up for a high end system. I tried to take advantage of the City of Denver rebates and ran into multiple problems with this company through the entire process. First, they tried to charge me too much and I had to spend hours getting the city to tell them they weren’t following the program rules. They finally fixed this but only if I agreed to pay 100% up front. I had no choice as this was the only company registered in my area for the rebates. Second, when the rebates changed, instead of meeting me half way on the price difference, they offered me a cheap outdated system that doesn’t even meet the current efficiency standards. The one star is because the install was performed satisfactorily and passed inspection. Third, I was told after the install that the sales person messed up and told me the wrong rebate and that it was even less. They were unwilling to compensate me the difference even though they made the mistake. Finally, they did not schedule the inspection while their techs were at my house. They scheduled it and I had to be home. They didn’t enter the correct contact info and the inspector left because he couldn’t get a hold of me. I tried asking if a service representative could handle the inspection because I had already taken a day off work and it was their fault the inspector had the wrong contact info. I was hung up on twice, once by the woman who handles the scheduling and once by the manager. They both yelled at me and told me the city lies and doesn’t contact people and it was my fault. I left a message for the owner and never got a call back. I had to take off work a second day and schedule the inspection myself. Overall, my experience is that this company only cares about money, once they have it their customer ser
