Bliss was a god send to find when our water heater failed and needed a replacement. Paul was responsive, reliable, and gave us expert advise and service! You can tell that he takes pride in his company and his work — they just don’t make them like this anymore! Very grateful to Paul Bliss and will be using his services again in the future if we ever have a need!!
Paul repaired my boiler when other technicians were unable to diagnose the problem. He is responsive, smart, and does good work. I trust him to be honest with me about what repairs are needed.

Knowledgeable, professional, speedy service. Paul is a straight shooter and he really knows his stuff. He rushed out on a Saturday morning and provided a great solution at a reasonable cost. A refreshing experience compared to the bigger shops in town with outrageous pricing.
On Friday, I had no hot water and when I checked the water heater water was pouring out the top of it. I called a dozen plumbing businesses near me (all of which went straight to voice mail). Paul at Bliss was the only one that answered. He sounded very professional and based on my discription of the issue he knew exactly what needed to be done. He had some emergencies (homes/families without out any heat) and said that he wouldn't be able to make it out until the following morning. On Saturday around 9 am, he texted me to let me know he would be able to stop by between 9:45-10 am. He arrived at about 10:15 am. By 11 am he had the old hot water heater removed and a new one installed. The service provided was very prompt, professional, and thorough! I would definitely recommend Bliss for anyone needing assistance with a hot water heater!

This was once of the best experiences I’ve ever had in customer service. I don’t know what I would have done without Paul’s expertise. He really went above and beyond to help me when my water heater went out. This was the only company willing to come check out my water heater that day. He also recommended a good brand for my water heater replacement and charged significantly less to install it than all other companies in the Longmont area . Paul went out of his way to explain what he was doing and repair potential problem valves for a low cost. As a young woman and first time home owner I was nervous to get put through the ringer when looking for a plumber, however, this experience was anything but that. I can genuinely say that they are not trying to nickel and dime you at this company, they care about providing a quality service to fix your issue in a timely manner. I will be reaching out to Bliss plumbing for all my future issues .
Had an amazing experience with Bliss Water. Paul was super reactive when I first contacted him and within 5 days he was in our house putting in a brand new water heater for 10% cheaper than the same product from his corporate counterparts. He did a great job, was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating and I would not hesitate to recommend him!
Paul was one of the most honest and transparent business owners that I have ever met. Our hot water heater went on the fritz on a Monday morning, and Paul was available and at my house by 12:45. He immediately went to work on the tank, and told me that it was nothing more than the pilot light. He explained to me in detail how to rectify the same problem in the future, and also helped me navigate any future considerations if the heater actually died. He was so easy to work with, and friendly. It was such a positive experience, when we all know that you are taking your chances when you call for any service. He never tried to sell me anything either, and at the end of the service call, when I asked him what I owed, he said it was free. Talk about a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Paul to anyone, and assuredly he will be getting our business in the future.
Paul came to our rescue when we were left without hot water when our old tank started leaking. Paul was honest, professional and timely (same day!) Highly recommend for all water heater needs :)

I would HIGHLY recommend using Paul for your water heater needs. He spent more time on the phone discussing my options than another well-known business spent looking at my water heater (and trying to upsell something I didn't need!). Paul is highly-responsive, easy to work with, and will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. Plus you can't beat his prices - for much higher quality service and work at that!!!
Paul was on time and far exceeded my expectations. I was thinking a new water heater might have to be installed, but he examined it and made a minor adjustment and voila it is all good. Cost for the drive by examination was minimal (way minimal!). Highly recommended from my perspective.

Havent had any actual work done yet but the owner took the time to talk me through some things . He was very knowledgeable. I will be doing my very expensive project with him soon .
Thank you for being incredibly responsive and taking care of our tenants within 20 hours from first call to full water heater install. Not only did you impress us but you made our relationship with our tenants better. We would highly recommend!

Paul was on time and under quoted price. Work was done quickly, and he even returned an hour later to work on a second issue, not related to the first. I recommend Bliss.
Paul called within 4 hours of my message. Very patiently and professionally walked me thru System check on my hot water heat system which was not working. Over the phone we found the problem for which I offered to pay for as I now have heat again. He declined and wished me a good. I would certainly call him again for any of his services !!
We had a first rate experience with Bliss Plumbing. Admittedly, we were nervous not using his business before, and needed an air scrapper added into our boiler system. The whole experience was simply first rate. Paul was responsive, easy to talk to, straight up about the options, solution oriented, and charged a fair price. I was already impressed. On the job, he and his team even went above and beyond to add in some extra details. Good solid people, and a business worthy of trust.
