I wanted to share how we had the best experience with Air Masters Heating And Cooling this past weekend. Our heating system went down on Friday night and I made a call Saturday morning to them. Within 30 minutes we received a call back from the technician. He was patient, courteous and most importantly super helpful. He assisted me OVER THE PHONE and explained to me step-by-step how to fix the system. It was an awesome experience and I wholeheartedly endorse Air Masters Heating And Cooling and their team!!
You were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was scared to death because my heat wasn't working very well and I didn't know what the problem was. You made it so easy for me to understand what was going on and how to fix it. You were also really quick at getting back with me if I had questions or needed help with something. The best part is that your prices were really reasonable! Thank you so much for everything!
They were all very polite and professional. So far the furnace is working well, and we look forward to getting the A/C finished in the spring.
I have made appointments with this company on two separate occasions. On both time they were unable to come during the initial appointment. None of their customer service staff speaks english as a first language. When I asked for them to waive the $50 fee for the rescheduled appointment they refused. Terrible customer service.
Air Masters Heating And Cooling team is the real deal all around. I'm next door neighbors with the owners of the company. Down to earth people. They are professional and so personable. They do what they say they're going to do. We found mold in our home about a month ago. The team went right to work doing what they do best. I'm so thankful we went with Air Masters Heating And Cooling.
Air Masters Heating And Cooling technicians do a remarkable job. I've used them for several years and have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional and knowledgeable and do explain everything they do to me.Their charges are very reasonable.I would definitely recommend them.

The two servicemen successfully installed my new AC unit and did a terrific job. They answered all of my questions and even came back to check up if \i had any problem. Recommended!!
We have never had a bad experience with Air Masters Heating And Cooling. They often get a specialist to our home the same day. This time round, BOB was at our house within an hour after we called. He was so professional in handling our heater problem the same day and we treasured working with him. I think he deserves a pay rise for the detailed service he offers!!
Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in the winter. We received several quotations but Bob won us over with his very clear, no-hard-sell approach. Hin and his crew came to perform the installation and were very efficient. Everything was complete in one day and they were very tidy. We were very pleased with Air Masters Heating And Cooling and would highly recommend them for any furnace or AC installation.
These guys were awesome installing a new furnace as well as maintaining our air conditioner.I found them to be professional and their service was top notch.The process took less time than we had anticipated and they left us with very efficient units.
