We had an issue with our heater and have had issues in the past getting people to work on our home since it’s manufactured. The team at Falling Star, Josh and Tru, we’re extremely professional, friendly and fast. I will definitely call them again with any further issues.

AC stopped working so we found Falling star through Facebook 411. We are super impressed by the service, professionalism, price and overall the whole experience. They actually arrived within a couple hours of the initial call. Brad, Trumane & Scott all were here at one point and within no time found the problem. They were able to fix the problem and we asked them to do a complete service on the AC unit while they were here. The job was completed in a very timely manner and all the guys were super amazing and knowledgeable. The cost was so reasonable we were very grateful. We highly recommend falling star to anyone in need of HVAC services.
They were on time and very professional, they explained their thermostat to me and got it installed and ensured it was working before leaving! I finally have a comfortable home with a thermostat that self adjusts to monitor my home temperature.

My AC had froze up really bad, so much so that it was an entire block of ice. Brad and Josh came out and walked me through options to to get my AC back uo and running. I am glad it is cool the next couple of days. I know sooner or later I need a new AC unit but I am being stubborn mainly do to the price. I am thankful Falling Star Heating and Cooling can keep mime limping along right now. If you need honest and reliable HVAC company, please consider One-Way Electric.
Absolutely grateful for these guys!! Military friendly as well! Brad came out almost immediately upon calling to take a look at an AC problem we had. We had already been told the whole AC condenser would need to be replaced and it would cost us thousands!! Brad quickly found the problem, swapped the parts and got the AC back up and running! Didn’t need to break the bank and got our AC going! Would definitely recommend to others and my fellow veterans as well!
After dealing with three other companies who were trying to replace my unit, claiming a leak and it is better to replace. Falling Star actually correctly diagnosed my unit. Company was very responsive on answering questions. They arrived on time, were very professional and didn’t try to upsell on things that weren’t needed. Very friendly. I’ll use them moving forward for all HVAC needs and services. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
Great service. Very fast response. Quick repair. The cost seemed a bit pricy. For a furnace ignitor that goes for around 100 retail, they charged $200 & labor of $110. It cost $320 including taxes to replace one ignitor. But this company is not more expensive than other furnace specialists. They are all the same or some are even more expensive. It is an industry standard. If you have an outage of your furnace and you have no clue what the problem is, no matter how many YouTube videos you watch, you will never be able to figure out what the problem is. So you need to call an expert. Bottom line is the furnace is an investment. These guys told me to replace an HVAC heating and cooling system goes for 10 or 12 thousand dollars. And if you have an older furnace, you must have someone reliable to call if there is a problem. These guys knew exactly what the problem was the minute they walked in the door. The takeway is keep your furnace maintained yearly with semi annual filter changes. Because if you don't, you will pay sooner or later. These guys were experts. I would definitely use them again.
Our 17 year old furnace broke Friday afternoon and we called Brad and Josh. They came within the hour and were able to diagnose the problem. They gave us several options to work with our budget and came out Monday morning to make sure we had heat ASAP. Their work was clean and professional. Highly recommend their work to anyone looking to install heat and air conditioning.

Our home was 54 degrees when we woke up. Called at 7am and person answered and immediately scheduled a tech that arrived within 30 minutes! He and his partner found the issues, fixed it and showed me how to fix the issue in the future. Amazing, responsive, fast and thorough service. We will use this company for future HVAC services.
