Thomas and his team have been amazing. Very knowledgeable and reliable information. He went above and beyond with helping me get my warrenty information, and had resources available immediately. Wish i would have used his services long time ago.
We had Cheyenne Mountain HVAC come to our home to inspect and service our air conditioning unit since it had been almost 7 years. Thomas was very thorough and explained in detail what and why he was checking all the components. There was no up-selling, only recommendations with no obligation to continue using their services but we used them for additional work and will continue to use them as needed. Great company, affordable, friendly, and professional. Strongly recommend
Very knowledgeable team. So polite and respectful. They listened to my concerns and over exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated on the process and progress of the project. Also made suggestions on what I needed to do at a later date. Awesome people. I would recommend them to everyone. 10 stars in my book.
After having some issues with another HVAC company, it was SO NICE to have someone be straight with us about what did/did not need to be serviced. Thomas was courteous, professional, and 100% invested in building trusting relationships with new customers to help grow his business. Not once did I get the feeling he was out to "get our money", upcharge, or upsell anything. Just an honest guy/company. Happy to recommend them for anyone needing HVAC work.
Thomas Schuler came to my house do provide a service check on the HVAC/Humidifier which I have had issues with. As I work from home he was mindful of that and conducted all the needed checks/service while I was in my office. He’s super professional, clean work site, and honest. We have planned a scheduled fix to worn parts and I look forward to becoming a permanent HVAC Customer of Cheyenne Mountain HVAC INC.

Thomas was very responsive and professional during our furnace inspection. He took the time to show me photos on where cleaning was needed and sent me an inspection report. It was easy to schedule a time to do the cleaning. I will use him again for his honesty and great value.
There are a lot of mediocre HVAC companies in COS, and we finally found a company we can trust! Cheyenne Mountain HVAC is a great locally owned business. Thomas and his team are trustworthy and perform quality work. Always my first phone call and they always get the job done. Highly recommend!

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The technician who came to my home was knowledgeable and efficient, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer all of my questions. He even offered some helpful tips on how to keep my AC system running smoothly and the temperature consistent from my basement to my top floor. The work was completed quickly and the price was fair. Totally recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. If I could give them more stars I would. Our AC has been out of commission for a while. I called this morning and were able to come out the same afternoon to get our AC up and running better than before. Very professional and on time. They will walk you through what the problem is, how to fix it and what they did afterwards. One of their guys just got in from AZ two hours ago and still came by with the part that was needed. If you need HVAC assistance call these guys first. Verified by a member of the military as well.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional crew to handle your HVAC needs reach out to these guys! They were able to complete a difficult install, stayed late until the job was finished and made sure the house was left in perfect condition. They even saved me thousands of dollars by sending me some info on utility rebates and federal grants for specific equipment. Great work!!
