I had a great experience, though I would've liked a bit of an easier time communicating and confirming the appointment time, because there was a bit of a delay from the scheduled time, which is totally understandable, I just would've liked a heads up! I contacted them to come and take a look at my air conditioner for a repair, and after scheduling an appointment with them, I waited for them for an hour and a half with no sign of them. I then did a quick search, found Airstrol and called them, and it was like the total opposite. Very timely for our appointment, they did the repair on my AC, AND on top of that, they did it for cheaper than the first company quoted me. Win win win.

I called Airstrol to get a technician to my house to diagnose if my heater unit needs to be replaced because it's been making some weird noise for a couple months now, and seems to be kicking on and off. When the 2 man crew arrived, they seemed to know exactly what the issue was, like they have seen it 1,000 times. In, out, bang bang. A swift heater repair. Job well done! Will definitely be calling these guys back should I face any further issues with the heater.
