I have been a customer for several years now. Anytime I have a problem they take care of it promptly. They are always courteous and professional. Recently in a stretch of high 90 degree weather my AC gave up. I called Friday afternoon and by noon on Tuesday Charlie and Justin had a new compressor up and running. They are awesome.

AC stopped blowing cold air. Justin came out promptly the next morning. Turned on AC, compressor not running. Installed a new switch & that was all it took. Justin also took the time to inspect my furnace (which is rather dated & poorly installed) no charge. New switch & installation very reasonable. Looking forward to using Justin for my furnace install within the next year.
I don't do reviews often of businesses, but I feel I have to do one for Justin with 72 Degrees. Four years ago, our AC went out. I looked for a HVAC contractor to replace the AC. I hired one of Justin's competitors. They replaced the unit, and I thought everything was okay. A year later, I took advantage of a coupon that Justin had for him to service our furnace. He came out and showed me the cracks in the heat exchanger and told me that whoever installed the furnace did it incorrectly because it was not elevated off the ground to allow air to flow. Knowing that the furnace was close to 20 years old, I knew it was time to replace it. He gave me some options on what units he could install without any pressure. I thought about it a few days and decided he was the best guy for the job. As he was installing the furnace, he noticed that the wiring to the AC was not correct. He also realized that the cooling coils were recalled. I did not receive any notice from the company that installed the AC that there was a recall. Justin offered to replace the coils for me for no charge, and he did a wonderful job installing the furnace. Fast forward three years later. We were on vacation last week, and our AC went out. I had to call Justin while on vacation. We were due to get back on a Friday, and Justin offered to come out on Saturday morning to see what was going on. The control board kept blowing fuses. So he had to order a part from Lennox. The part was due to come in the following Tuesday. Well, Justin came over early in the evening on Wednesday (after a long day for him) to install the part so we could finally be comfortable after days of 90 degree heat. I HIGHLY recommend Justin. I have never met a more genuine, professional and highly knowledgeable contractor. I just feel at ease every time we have him come over to work on whatever it is we need. Justin at 72 degrees installed a mini split in my home a while back. He was very professional and informative of any questions I had. I never hesitated to call if I had any other questions.
