Jordan at IMS really took of our heating situation. Our 35 year furnace went out. Fortunately, we had a fireplace and could use electric heaters until the new one was installed. IMS acted fact to make sure our heating needs were met within 2 days. Really professional, helpful, and made sure we didn't go any longer than we had to in the cold. Great service and worked with our budget! :) Would definitely use again. I made one call and didn't even shop around because IMS Heating had solutions for me the 1st time I called.
I just found these guys and the service was great! From Lori who coordinated an initial service/inspection call for my 18 year old furnace & AC, to David who was the technician. There were a few issues that were found and David explained everything - whether it was something to just keep an eye on, to actually replacing a part - he also offered several options with no pressure at all. Always a good feeling to find a business like this that you can trust!
