When we needed an HVAC overhaul, I shopped around several local businesses and went with Air Products. Mike came prepared to the estimate and spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions and making sure I was clear on my options. His quote was very competitive, and he was careful to match the equipment specifically to our home and needs. The install crew was also top notch - they finished the job in a day, and did extremely clean work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing home HVAC work!
Will recommend to any friends for a trustworthy AC company. They replaced a failed component on my system with a price cheaper than a few others I called and all was well for a month. AC started having issues and I emailed them on a Sunday and they had a tech out bright and early Monday morning to look at it. It ended up being an issue with another component that they didn't even touch initially but still made it a priority to get the AC fully operational again. Techs are also very knowledgeable. All around great customer service that you can count on.
It's taken me a while to write this review because I had a complete HVAC system installed in the fall and it's taken till summer to adequately assess the full installation. I had 3 companies give me quotes for a furnace replacement and new installation of a central A/C. I looked at Consumer Reports for reviews and American Standard came at or near the top for consumer satisfaction. Air Products is a seller of these products, but that wasn't my final decision. Their salesman came by and took the time to explain the ins and outs of various aspects of different levels of efficiencies and so on, I'm sure he spent at lest 2 hours, I'm self employed and time ain't cheap. They other companies mostly didn't spend nearly the time, but one was close, but Air Products was the most professional. When the quotes came in, they were the most competitive, on one by a lot, by another a couple hundred bucks. The installation was done in one day. They had their employees and subs all lined up. At one time there might have been 10 or so people here, but no one seemed to get in anyone else's way. In a couple weeks I was unhappy with the "smart" thermostat, and they came back and made it less smart, no charge. (When I program it for 5AM, that's when I wanted it to start, I don't want to work backward from some other time based on inside and outside temp, maybe you do, that's OK). I didn't opt for the internet access for the thermostat and I'm glad I didn't. I'm happy with the equipment that I paid a ton of money for, and I'm very happy with Air Products. I recommend you give them a shot at your business.

We have used Air Products three times now to repair a furnace and AC at our rental house. I would like to compliment their service and how professional the repair persons have been. They have gone above and beyond to correct the issue and to provide the most cost effective solutions. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

These guys are outstanding. Just replaced a 20 year old furnace today and the total experience was great. From the bid to completion, they were prompt, friendly, and thorough. Pricing was fair and they set me up with high quality American Standard equipment. Definitely recommend.
Air Products came to my rescue after an epic fail by another company. They were honest, fair, and most importantly got my heat back on. They were friendly to boot! This is my new HVAC company and I gladly recommend their services.

Air Products has provided service at my place of employment for years and I recently called them to help with some needs at my personal residence. They are prompt, attentive, courteous, helpful and affordable. We had woken to a very cold home yesterday. My husband called first thing in the morning and they were there by lunch to service our heater. I am grateful for a warm home this morning. Air Products also installed a humidifier for us about a month ago with the same amazing service. I highly recommended calling Air Products for your heating and air conditioning needs.
Just had our HVAC replaced and had Air Products do it. Mike came out and gave us a bid. The bid wasn't the lowest out there, but I though it was fair. His crew came out and installed everything in a day and we were up and running same day without an problems. Everyone was professional and the quality of the work was excellent. I do recommend these guys - they can deliver.
