Horrible customer service experience👎🏻👎🏻 I wish there was a choice to give ZERO star. The guy denied selling me a $50 parts, he claims I need to have a HVAC company. It’s cold out and furnace is down. Online order won’t get here for next 4 days. Worst customer service in all of Fort Collins.
