Poor Kevin. He remained cheerful thru 2 visits and one emergency visit. Due in part to lack of case information being available. He left smiling and a great job completed. Deserves a raise!

Absolutely the most in depth furnace and a/c maintenance I've ever had. They inspected EVERYTHING and found some issues multiple other companies have missed. They cleaned some wires up, fixed a crazy minor gas leak, and tested my ducts for Carbon Monoxide. Professional techs, beyond fair pricing, and exactly what you want. I've never had a schedule for my HVAC maintenance before but will with this group because they actually do it right.

My heat went out the night of a storm where we got 8” of snow. I contacted horsetooth in the morning and they were able to come the same day and replace my broken ignitor. Taylor was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to fix the problem!
Excellent communication and great work. Our furnace died suddenly and Kyle and his team worked with us to quickly get a new unit installed. He shifted his schedule and even left us with space heaters in the meantime. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Kevin was the service rep that I dealt with today, he was on time very professional, friendly efficient and explained to me what he had found. My experience with Horsetooth Heating has always been very positive and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
The employee had us switch out the filter and recommended cleaning the motor. I didn't notice any difference after changing the filter and the quote for the motor was rather high. The employee was courteous and knowledge though.
Kyle and his team at Horsetooth go above and beyond to guarantee great service. There were some unexpected obstacles to overcome with my AC replacement and it was so impressive to work with a company that demonstrates such a high level of problem- solving, follow up and integrity. Kyle is highly accessible and responsive, and Taylor and Kevin were both knowledgeable and informative. So glad to have found a company that is such a pleasure doing business with- I will used them for all my HVAC services in the future! Update: another great experience with furnace repair and system tune-up. Thank you Lisa for such a quick response and masterful coordination during the busy holidays!!!! This company is great to work with. They care about the customer and are quick to respond. They do a great job and if something needs to be fixed they come back and repair it.
