Denny Allen is a good man with the best work ethics
I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to fix my heat. My schedule is insanely busy and that was the soonest I could do it. The tech called the day of and confirmed the appointment. The main office called an hour later and told me they had to move my appointment to another day because other more important repair calls came in. They refused to keep their appointment time and obviously don't care about honoring their commitments. I canceled and I will find another company that actually respects their clients.
An employee named Denny came out to my house to give what we had hoped to be a second opinion on the state of our air conditioning unit. We were not told in advance that they would need access to the furnace, and we are renting out our basement to people who are very private and need advanced notice for strangers entering their space. I was very apologetic and let him know that we can reschedule whenever was convenient for them to come back and take a second look, but he was very annoyed and short with me. After being assured he could come out again during a set time window later on in the week, Denny hadn't shown up, so we called and were told that he works 100+ hour weeks, and we could "just sweat it out." I'm not about to give my money to someone who doesn't have the basic courtesy to respect me or my time. I absolutely do not recommend that anyone use this company based on the "service" I received.
