Responsive customer service, excellent workman ship! Highly recommend! Wasn’t the cheapest option but quality work and were done in a day on a weekend call.
This is my 3rd time using Plumbline. Great customer service. Our technician Tony was very knowledgeable and honest about our repairs. I would highly recommend.

Plumb Line was great. Diagnosed a couple issues and presented a couple options for me. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Jason came out to look at my AC as it was not functioning to the best of its ability. He walked me through what he was doing and why, and answered all my questions (I had quite a few!) These guys are great and always professional!
Russel was able to work us into his schedule early. He was professional, courteous, and had helpfull recommendations on what work needed done.
I would have selected on time, but Forest was early, which was a pleasant surprise despite my missed window for service earlier. He offered choices and their value differences, he was patient, and I never felt pressured to choose either way.

We noticed that the water in the downstairs bathroom was not draining when we either flushed the toilet or used the sink & shower. Since I had used Plumbline previously, I contacted them and they immediately assigned a drain technician who arrived within 40 minutes. Her name was Xena C. She explained what she was going to do and then proceeded to perform her work. She was very professional, friendly and efficient . Continued to explain what she was doing and what the results were. She did have to remove the toilet to run the "snake" to where the blockage was, re_installed the toilet and cleaned up the toilet area. I was impressed with her work ethic in performing her job and I am sure Plumbline considers her as an asset to the team. I am giving Xena 5 Stars because of her various attributes . PS. The drain was reopened.
I had my main sewer line backup on a Sunday evening. Monday morning I called several plumbing companies and none of them could get to me for one to two days. Plumbline had Nathan out to my house in a few hours. Nathan did a great job and had the line cleared in no time. He was very professional. Which I appreciate.
Had such an amazing experience with Plumbline and our AC replacement after a recent hail storm. They were responsive, thorough, and very professional during the job. I was so impressed! Highly recommend!

Chase did a great job cleaning out our blocked drain. I recommend his work and if ever we need help again I would request him to do the work.

Update: [6/22/2023] Very pleased with the experience I just had today with my drain clearing specialist Jairo. He was on time, professional, courteous and most importantly he was able to fix the issue very quickly. He also gave me all the information I needed to help prevent a future issue. It's great that you guys consistently have such honest hard working employees coming in to our homes. Thank you. I literally called today with the issue and you really delivered. Was able to come out same day in a window of time that worked perfect for me. Thanks again! The electrician who completed my in home inspection and installed My new dimmer switch was polite, professional and arrived on time. Quality work at a good price. They have also done my electric panel and did great work. Handled everything from start to finish! Will use these guys again for other electrical work around the house.
Plumbline has provided timely and professional services each time we’ve needed them. The other day our air wasn’t working correctly and I put in a request at 2am on their website, they had a technician out once they opened that same day. Highly recommend.
You want the best? Call Plumbline srvices. Their receptionist is promt, kind, friendly, personable and just simply awesome. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly they came to our house to address our water system malfunction! We had no wait time at all because we were scheduled immediately the same day. Our technician Adam was THE BEST! He was professional, prompt, friendly, and personable. He is also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! He did not leave without letting us know that he is available should we need further assistance. I also loved that the technician contacted us to confirm the appointment and included his piture so we knew who he was prior to knocking on our door. Adam has come to our residence twice within 24 hours and we were extremely impressed with him and the companies prompt response and solutions to our softener problem.
Seems I can only tack onto a previous review! Today, 6/17, was our third experience with Plumbline, and another great one with Matt G. He was professional, honest, easygoing, super friendly. I see there’s a trend with my reviews, lol, which I hope is a trend within the company. We’re happy to feel we’re in good and capable hands with them. Elijah was progressional, honest and personable. Being cool with my little following around and asking questions is high on my list along with integrity around a job - Elijah was great with both my littles. We’re glad to have called Plumbline back again for a different concern. Experience continues to be positive.
