They are quite prompt and polite, and their costs are fair. My heating and air conditioning issues were immediately resolved, and they were able to do so in a method that didn't jeopardise my security or comfort. The gentleman who answered the phone was really courteous, and even though I didn't have an appointment, he made time for me that day. Their techs are knowledgable about the products they sell. He explained to me what needed to be done and quickly got it done! The cost was also affordable!

Got our brand new HVAC system for a great price and was installed promptly. Staff was very kind and very helpful getting it all set up. Had a minor issue which was sorted immediately again by the great staff and management. Would recommend Cesar Heating & Cooling.
Our tech was awesome! He is very honest as he has proven himself more than once to be diligent at determining the issue at hand as well as the best way to remedy it. I am very happy with his willingness to help and be upfront with procedures and cost!
Mark made time to come out on the coldest day we had seen in decades because our furnace was not producing heat. It was a quick and easy fix, he was efficient, compassionate, understanding, and didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We will be hiring Cesar Heating & Cooling again!
I had an amazing experience with the installation of two furnaces. Paul was very helpful in explaining my options to me and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. Very reasonable pricing and the crew that ultimately installed the furnaces did great work. I will certainly use Cesar Heating & Cooling again.
We have 2 units and they both had issues within days of each other. Our technician was great. Very polite, knowledgeable, and felt like we were in great hands—getting what we need, button pushing for things we don't. Will continue to used Cesar Heating & Cooling for future heating & AC needs. It was really refreshing after several recent mediocre to poor interactions with contractor in recent weeks for other jobs.
Cesar Heating & Cooling technicians came out under our service contract to check out our AC unit in preparation of summer. They were very thorough and were done within a very short time. They also took their time to walk us through the whole process. We would definitely use them again.

I am extremely pleased with the installation. I was shown how to operate the system and they synced it to my phone. Cesar Heating & Cooling techs were here on time and were very friendly and professional. They ensured my floors were protected and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend Cesar Heating & Cooling!
What a stupendous, professional and mind-boggling experience! It's never pleasant when your ac goes out but Cesar Heating & Cooling was there to rescue us and had us up and functioning in no time. They are the first people I call when something goes wrong because I know it will be done expeditiously!!
Don and Sean did a super job installing a new HVAC system. They were very precise in everything they did and took the time to explain everything in detail. All the construction was done very neatly and they did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I would recommend Cesar Heating & Cooling guys to anyone needing HVAC system installed.
