We've used this company for a while, and they've always been excellent. We never need to worry about them being late because they are dependable and on time. There is no need to look elsewhere because they provide a wide range of services as well.

Elite 1 Heating and cooling was very professional and provided quick service when my furnace failed to light on the 1st cold morning. Willis explained everything he was doing as he went along, provided me with rebate forms. All in all a nice experience!
We had a great experience with these guys. They were the 2nd company we called but will be the first from now on. They sent out a technician the same day we called and he diagnosed the problem and solve it very quickly.He also took his time to clean up after he was done.I would definitely recommend them.
We had a recent issue with our furnace shutting off unexpectedly. We were able to contact Elite1 Heating and Cooling Company to get someone out the same day to check our unit. Our technician, Kim was able to quickly diagnose the issue and got us up and running without delay. We're pleased with great response!

Wonderful service. I found the company to be affordable and easy to work with. We had our furnace serviced for some repair and maintenance. Our technician, John, was prompt, kind, and well informed. I will definitely be calling Elite1 Heating and Cooling Co for future issues.
I had Bill come out and look at my furnace . He was so nice and friendly, concerned. So he explained everything and the next day I had my new furnace and air conditioner installed. From the quotation to the installers and specialist, everyone was very considerate, cultivated and made sure I was getting the right system for my home. Operation work took longer than originally predicted, but I appreciated they did not skip corners or rush through it. Top notch!!
Technician Bill arrived on time and even brought booties. We discussed the problem and he immediately set about diagnosing it, resulting in removing the motor and fan which was loaded with drywall dust from the original install. He cleaned around the area and the fan and reinstalled the motor and fan and it cured the rumbling noise. He then took plenty of time explaining the operation of our two thermostat system and answering my questions very thoroughly. I've already recommended to another neighbor.
