I called Fix- it because of a broken pipe. Josh did a thorough check of my plumbing complete with pics and videos. He explained everything in detail and was also very personable. I highly recommend him! He is very good at building customer confidence! I will be having tmy plumbing updated next week.

We are having electrical issues because of our sump pump. Called at 1:30 to set up a same day. I was told they will call 30 minutes before arriving. They were at another appointment, but we were next. Called again at 3:00 confirmed. Called at 5:30 and the answering service asked us to call back because they were busy “with all the storms.” It’s 93 degrees and has not stormed in over a week. It’s 8 and still no word. It’s also my birthday and we have company in town. We have been waiting all day. I can only say DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. To the Fix-it 24\7, on behalf of all six of us, f-you for wasting our day and time. Happy birthday to me.

Ellis was quick and efficient after he arrived. He was only there for maybe 15 minutes and he identified the problem and got the fix scheduled. Overall the arrival was later than we were initially told, but I understand it gets busy this time of year.

I have a membership with this company and they called me 5 times to schedule service for my air conditioner. I made an appointment for Thursday May 4th with a 10am-2pm window of arrival and of course nobody showed up and also nobody even contacted me. I adjusted my work schedule for this appointment and had to unhook my dryer and move it to make the ac more accessible for the techs. What a waste of time, next time you call me to schedule an appointment, please show up.

We have worked with Fix-it 24/7 for the last few years. We purchased an AC unit and loved working with David and the install team. We have three AC units in our home and have them come out and clean them each Spring. We scheduled to have our normal service which took over three weeks to get an appointment. They gave a us a window of time and then called us. For some reason their call went to VM and I called them back. They routed me to call center and said they would pass along my information. An hour later, I called back again. They informed me that I was going to have to reschedule because I missed my 5 minute window and they could reschedule me in 19 days. I asked if there was anything else they could do and the woman indicated she was doing me a favor to get me on the schedule in 19 days. We decided to go with another company that was more customer friendly and service oriented. The funny thing that this employee on the phone didn't realize was that we are planning on replacing two of our units this summer. They not only lost us as customer, they lost 30K in revenue because they don't understand how to create a positive customer experience. Go somewhere else if you can.

My thermostat went black and didn’t respond. Myron came out and spent a long time trouble shooting the problem. He was tenacious! Went down to basement to make sure that the furnace had electricity and went on from that location, took apart the thermostat and checked the wires and wires coming out of the wall, took the thermostat down and wired to furnace to make sure the thermostat was operational and then checked all the wiring inside the furnace and discovered the problem with a section of one wire which was not obvious to me when he showed me and there were a lot of wires in that furnace - quite the maze. Super impressed - took a long time to do all of that and then make sure that it all worked. Very reasonable price charged and nicest guy. Definitely recommend him! Thanks Myron!
