BEWARE, they will charge you by the hour for their technicians to sit around and do nothing. I got a $798 bill to shut the water off and turn it back on at my condo. The tech showed up and didn't have the right tool so I, myself, jumped into the meter pit and turned the water off with a wrench. The tech left so I could do the plumbing needed in the condo. he showed up at 9, I called him back around noon to turn the water on. Long behold they were charging me by the hour for him to wait around to turn the water on. So because they don't have enough business and can't keep their employees busy, they will burden that expense onto the customer. I had a few emails with the company regarding the invoice, and they said that they were not going to eat the cost of their employee doing nothing because it was facilitating my job..... What a joke!! You really think I should be paying by the hour for your guy to sit around and do nothing!!?? CMS claims that they had nowhere to send the tech, so his time was billed to me. I would look elsewhere if you need mechanical services.
Company van just about ran me off the road on my motorcycle.
Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get anything resolved. Delt with "Dave". Never again.

Respectful just never got a call back for an opportunity to work for them i really been trying to become an asset for their company.
Just had one of their work vans drive through our residential street, ignore our "Children At Play" in the middle of the street & almost hit our kids riding bikes.
Sounds like road rage is a common issue with their drivers. In the snow and ice I am going to let people in on the highway if they are trying to get over. One of your drivers was not too pleased with that and seemed pretty upset as he drove past, and motioned some sort of signal I could not distinguish. (I was in the white RAV-4 this morning btw on C-470) Kind of a shame really. Let's try and exhibit some patience and empathy towards other drivers during the snow, especially while driving a marked truck.
Their van driver's favorite thing is to shoot past you in traffic and then cut you off without a blinker. Almost made me wreck my own company vehicle, got flipped off when I tried to pass him in the other lane because he was doing 5 under the speed limit. Rude, unprofessionalossible and possible drug use. I would not recommend for commercial purposes. They should be ashamed of them self.
Good solid place. Commercially sound.
Awful experiences. They use a different techs and double charge due to lack of communications. Installed wrong sensors. Do not complete preventative maintenance and they're techs will even tell you so. Avoid at all costs. Only good part is that they are very responsive but that's probably they need business.
Had them come out for an emergency service and they got a tech out there the same day. Brian was great he came out and found a temporary fix while waiting on parts that needed replaced. Will definitely use again!
I just witnessed two employees talking close to each other without masks on. One was hacking and coughing (multiple times) then decided to spit on the ground. Disgusting. At this time, you’d think they’d be more careful. If I ever need anyone to fix my AC in my home or business, it’s definitely not with this company.
Irresponsible Driving!!! I am amazed how many complains are here about their employees' driving yet they don't seem to get it. Just had a similar experience. One of their company trucks tailgating and speeding to pass us in a residential area. Get it together folks!

Driver of van #46 just now was driving so aggressively and speeding. Hes literally getting paid to drive her needs to chill.
Just witness one of your vans tailgating in traffic, going 10 over and honking at cars going "too slow" (the speed limit). If that's how your reps act in not bad morning traffic they must be miserable to your clients.
Worst mechanical company to work for. They don’t reimburse the whole parking fee even though they bid the job and got the contract. The project managers are a joke. One called me on my personal phone at 5am asking where his job was located and I was already roughing the job in. The project managers are supposed to go to the jobs weekly. Another project manager didn’t know what a rough in was and he was supposedly a framer for 38 years. They shorted me 2 hours on my final check and took out $125 for what they call “vehicle damage”. The truck is 5 years old and has normal wear and tear. Stay away if you’re looking for a job.
