Bell Plumbing & Heating quoted me $2,000 to replace one toilet. If you read reviews this type of overcharging seems to be a strategy of this company. It is unfair of them to try to take advantage of people that may not have industry knowledge of cost or the time to deal with an untrustworthy company. DO NOT USE BELL PLUMBING AND HEATING. UPDATE: I did contact customer service but it is inaccurate to say anything was resolved as mentioned below. I did not use Bell Plumbing and Heating for our plumbing repair and will not use them in the future.
Bell plumbing came out and installed a sump pump system. The job went as planned. I’m very satisfied. Thanks Nathan and Brad.
Courteous and professional. Had a ceiling fan/light combo and a pendant light installed. They were able to do both projects the same day.
Beware! I was charged over $1,000.00 for 55 minutes work and $50,00 in parts. We have used Bell in the past. Something has changed. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I ordered. They are 2 stars. I don't believe the Google reviews.
For something as unpleasant as a clogged drain, Jim made the repair experience an absolute pleasure. He couldn’t have been more empathetic, professional, and friendly. And of course, he fixed the issue in no time while providing confidence we are good for the long haul. Experiences like this will keep me coming back to Bell as a delighted customer.
Unfortunately overpriced. Needed two small pieces replaced in my toilet tank, paid over 300 dollars. That was after the 99 dollar service fee was waived, AND 20% off for a veteran. The job took maybe an hour, the Service person was professional and did a good job. I just can't recommend Bells based on the price.
Bell was great to get me in so quickly. For a job that proved to be very difficult, Kenny was friendly and worked tirelessly to complete the project effectively and efficiently.
I was referred to this company by Lutron themselves after my front porch light stopped working. I have interacted with different employees and all my experiences have been pleasant. My service today was on time, informative, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend and plan on using them for my applicable needs in the future.
Josh is an outstanding expert. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our relatively new A/C and made the repairs with recommendations for future maintenance. We will request him by name in the fall for a furnace tune up.
Tony Medina was very friendly and super professional. He wasn't over "salesmen" and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him if you need sewage lines cleaned.

We lost hot water. Ugh! We called numerous close plumbers, no luck. As I extended my search I landed on Bell Plumbing & Heating. They answered the phone! (Unlike others). The woman took my info and checked who was available. She had a plumber, and gave me a window of arrival. I received a text with our plumbers name and photo. (Very professional). Ryan arrived. Troubleshot the issue. Showed me some trouble areas and I decided after that to replace the water heater. They had one in stock, and it was delivered to the house within a half hour. Ryan got the new one in and operational. He was courteous, professional and got things done in a timely matter. Bell is my first call from now on for my plumbing needs.
I called Bell last night after a big storm bc our sump pump was leaking in the utility room. Tiffany was here in less than 24 hrs to take care of it. Turns out, parts of it weren’t well sealed. She fixed it right away, gave us advice on how to check for issues in the future and how to update the system to make it more efficient. Really positive experience.
Excellent service they always show on time I had them replace the diverter in the bathtub and I'm so glad I did. Previously they installed my hot water heater and they did an excellent job.
My technician, Nick A was very professional and took his time to explain and fix our backyard spigot. He also checked out, what I thought may have been a possible pipe leak to our sprinkler system, but he did some checking in and around our home and no evidence of it. I'm very grateful that he took the time to do that! His trainee, I forgot his name, sorry, was also helpful with some questions that I asked. I would definitely call on Nick to come to our home in the future! Thank you!
Normally I don't write reviews. The service call for an A/C tune up done by Vuk was a good experience for me. I sincerely appreciate how Vuk was able to explain to me how my A/C system works and how I can make some minor adjustments to how I operate my A/C system so I can evenly cool my home. This was a great experience for me working with Bell plumbing!
Tiffany was great! She’s very knowledgeable and great to work with too. She went out of her way to help me complete my bathroom project so my wife would be able to come home after breaking her leg in the shower. I’m very grateful to her and Bell.
Chris Houle was very professional. He was thorough in analyzing the problem. He gave me an estimate before the work was done. I feel confident that he found the cause of our persistent leak, He was pleasant and respectful too.
