Our tech, Matthew, was informative, knowledgeable and did a great job of diagnosis and repair. Explained things well and was very respectful and courteous.
This is the second house that I’ve had 888 Heating & Air Conditioning put in and all new HVAC system into. Both experiences have been great. I would highly recommend. I worked with Ben and Bryan on the new furnace, AC, on demand, hot water, heater, and whole house, humidifier for my latest one, and they were both fantastic to work with! Thanks 888 team!

Had a concern arise, and Garrett got back to me very quickly even though it was already almost 7pm. Be was very responsive, knowledgeable, understanding, and all around able to take care of the situation. Having the owner call you directly to help you out goes a long way to show their level of commitment to customer service! I'd pass this company info all to anyone needing service.
Kyle was amazing to work with on selecting an entire HVAC system that was best for our home. He was knowledgeable, respectful, informative and incredibly personable. We instantly wanted to give him the business and are so glad we did. The tech team that installed our system was outstanding too...clean, friendly, competent, skilled. The sales person did a real good job selling how his company goes above the compitition in quality and how good the product is. Install day went well dispite the cold and snow. When they left they forgot to hook up the red link wireless controls and the air filter was just laying in the return duct. They were called back out and tried to hook up a used red link that didn't work and tried to put in a angle to support the air filter which didn't work. They got a new red link to work. They were called out again to make a support for the air filter and and to fix the furnace that was short cycling. After the furnace ran for a day the filter had collasped and was not properly filtering. They realized that they did not commision the furnace where they had to measure the supply and return air pressure and adjust the gas pressure and tune the furnace controls. They finally replaced a portion of the return duct and installed a air filter box. Too bad that it was a rush job which looks like they used scrap ducting that they had to be patched and smeared gray sealant all over. Looks like a Frankinstien install. The ac wiring failed two inspections and on the third try they sent out another company unannounced to fix it. I hope that the ac start up this springs goes well.

Eljay seems to have a knack for finding the cause of the problem and then solving it, leaving "no stone unturned". He was very thorough and professional.
I’ll call them for clean, but they only do inspections and price is $180. They charged you again around 1000 for clean up, crazy prices. Trust me, they charged 3 times normal price.
Had a great experience with Justin yesterday. I loved that he arrived right on time! He did a thorough check-up on my air-conditioner and heater. Plus, he was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and explain findings. Super helpful.
Purchased a new furnace with service from 888 heating this winter. Had a small issue and 888 was very fast to correct the problem. Robert was very helpful and responsive, went above and beyond in my opinion.
Matt B. spent 8 hours over two visits trying to fix my AC unit before determining that it was broken and we needed a new one. He was methodical and totally determined to fix it. I really appreciated his dedication (despite random rain storms) and completely understood the need for a new one after he walked me through what he did and what was broken. 888 came back a few days later to replace the unit. They were always so professional and wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Jeremy finished his prior appointment early, called to see if he could arrive early! Such a nice change not waiting on a service appt. Jeremy was awesome, straight to work, kept me updated on how it was going. He cleaned up completely behind himself. When he was finished, he explained everything and gave options and opinions. Have used 1-888-Heating for over 15 years, have always been dependable and trustworthy. Jeremy is a credit to the company!

Matthew found a problem with both the heating and cooling systems We had a good discussion about 8 possible ways to move forward... he took the time to explain the options and details that I didn't understand We came up with a plan going forward So would call his visit a success!!!
Jeremy was punctual and very professional. He went above and beyond in checking out our system and explaining our options to us if we decide to add whole house humidification.
Matthew showed up on time,explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. What was refreshing is the fact that he didn't "push" the extra's on me. He was honest and reliable. That says a lot about 888!
