As a West Sacramento resident for the past 17 years, UBS Mechanical has never let us down. Since our summers can get scorching hot, and our winters extremely cold, my family relies on UBS to keep our HVAC equipment running optimally. Every year they perform a thorough inspection of the air ducts and equipment, replace all filters, and they even updated our old thermostats to 'smart' thermostats -- which helps the environment and saves us money! UBS staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly. I would absolutely recommend UBS to my friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. You won't regret calling them.
UBS Mechanical is top notch. Quality work, on time and does follow ups. Cecil, Randy, Jim, James, and Masood are great guys. Special shout out to Ray. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy by taking that extra time to make sure things are just perfect. Great local small business that has been around for a long time and will be here when other companies won't.
