The CABS rep (Nicolas) was prompt and gave me a lot of time explaining their heat pump options and their solar panels options. I had a lot of questions. I was provided with lots of very good and useful information about sizing, energy use of the heat pump, specs, etc. Follow-up visits by field techs to evaluate my particular situation were prompt and informative. The price was very competitive.

Nic Afable Jeff Clanton, and the other tech (sorry we forget your name) were all professional and great. They showed up on time and the work was completed on time with no delays. Received the second complimentary maintenance of my dual zone Heat Pump post installation. In addition to the standard maintenance, Ronnie found an issue with one of the damper motors that was not engaging the damper properly. He fixed that right up in just a few minutes. Thanks Ronnie! And thanks CABS for including complimentary service visits after system installation. Without it, I never would have known there was an issue. System running like a dream now!
This is a very reliable business. I appreciate the monthly contract. I am able to have with them so that the check ups in the fall and in the spring are free and if there is a Service need, I am given top priority. I highly recommend them.
It was Nick Johnson who serviced our unit today. Very professional and response time is awesome. We have a new system we are very happy with including upgraded insulation which helps with our energy bill. Low pressure, friendly and as I stated professional.
These folks are great - I've been using their "comfort club" for a few years, ever since they saved my butt when my furnace went out over thanksgiving They are always very polite, friendly, efficient and honest about options when repairs are needed. Highly recommend!
