Arrived on time, quoted cost of work, professional, tidy, personable. did job that two other HVAC companies would not undertake. UPDATE: 2023 Three years later, called them back and they came very quickly and gave me options.
Trustworthy company, transparent and reasonable pricing, professional service and very friendly. The technician shared a lot of expert knowledge for me to maintain my A/C.

Was told by another reputable company that the igniter on my heater was bad. Also because my unit was old I needed to replace it. I called Harris Air to get a bid on a new unit. When Robert arrived I explained to him what was going on. Long story short, I needed a new igniter not a new unit. Thanks Robert for saving me a lot of money and Trent for replacing the part. Would highly recommend Harris Air.
Harris Air was easily the best option of the companies I considered for a new heat pump system to replace our 27-year old HVAC system. Robert Harris was prompt in providing me two quotes and I was impressed that he urged me to select the less-expensive option because he said it was a better fit for my situation. Once I had agreed to the bid, the work commenced in three days and was completed within three days (I have two systems, one on each floor). All work was done by Robert and his experienced staff, and the new system will be saving me on heating and cooling bills for years to come. There is no slick salesmanship with Harris Air. The price I got was about 1/3 the cost of the most expensive bid, and I got higher quality equipment that was more energy efficient. I was impressed with Roberts honesty, work ethic, and competence. He patiently explained the new system, and answered all my questions. I was so pleased with his work that I have asked him to bid on installing an attic fan and a new whole house fan.
Trent was fantastic! He was on time, nice, communicative and respectful. He ran into a little snafu given my equipment is so old but solved the issue like it was a breeze. I highly recommend Harris Air Mechanical- you won’t be disappointed.

Robert and his crew at Harris Air have done plenty of great work for me over the past couple years. The pricing is fair with no surprises. When a simple maintenance and repair was called for, it was taken care of without trying to up sell me. Later at a different house, when a total change out was needed, they took care of that right away too. I couldn't believe how quickly and skillfully these guys went about their work. Although I don't look forward to having any HVAC problems in the future, I would only call HARRIS AIR to solve them.

Awesome, reliable company. Very pleased with everything they have done! The repair needed had nothing to do with system failure, it was a malfunction due to country mice chewing on the wires.
My tech Trent was so patient with me trying to explain to him what I was experiencing with my heater. He listened to me and checked out my unit for anything that could be causing what I was experiencing with my unit. He went above and beyond to help me out. Also, he was 2 hours earlier than my appointment time. Definitely would call on Harris Air next time.
Second or third time I have used Robert Harris to maintain and educate me about my HVAC. I prefer to hire local small businesses and was impressed with Robert's knowledge, manners, availability (he came 01/04/23 during an atmospheric river with high winds). He is not high sales pressure and easy to trust.
Harris Air responded immediately to an issue with the heating system at our property; because it impacted a tenant the quick response was critical. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in a matter of days and the tenant is satisfied as am I.
Harris Air is the best heat & air company I have ever done business with. They are quick to respond & verify the appointment with email & text. They show up on time & always message ahead to let you know the tech is on his way. Once on scene they get right to it as they really know their equipment, no blank expressions or hesitation as what to do. No messing around or unsure what to look at, they know what to check & find the problem quickly & get it fixed. They are honest & they don't overcharge or try to sell you on something extra. Service like this is just what you hope for & they deliver every time.
We aren’t pleased with these guys as we were under the impression that spending $600 with them to “fix” something would make our AC work again. I wouldn’t have done it in the first place if it was going to not work still. We were deceived and it feels like a quick cash grab by them. I was told their $600 bid would get it going long enough to last a short while which is what we wanted but that wasn’t the truth and they straight up lied to us and stole our money. Of course they will blame us instead of taking any responsibility for what they told us. Avoid these guys unless you want to be ripped off!
