We had our furnace replaced and added an AC unit and are so happy with Precision Air. James, Javier, Eddie & Marco were all incredible. They did a wonderful job and were incredibly clean, respectful and pleasant overall. We really couldn’t be more pleased with their work and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who will listen.
Dustin from Precision Air was professional and answered my questions for me. They fixed my terrible home insurance warranty "repair job" and got our smart thermostat running. He even offered multiple ways to fix the issue (originally a control board was missing multiple terminal blocks when we bought the house). Me being a stickler for the correct repair, they got us rolling and ordered the correct part from the manufacturer so that we maintained functionality of the AC / Heater until the rest of the repair could be completed. Would recommend to any home owner wanting to know more about their home systems.
It was easy to schedule service with Precision Air. The tech, Damian, arrived on time, he was polite, clean, and went straight to work. The service was thorough. He was able to identify the situation, suggest repair alternatives, and once decided he was able to solve my furnace issues in the same visit at an affordable price. He went above and beyond to answer my layman's questions and even tested the heat coming out of my vents to ensure I was satisfied. I hope to never see him again - if you know what i mean! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We chose Precision Air Inc. to install 6 minisplits in our home and we are very happy that we did. We invited 6 HVAC companies (Precision Air, Lucky Air, Airmaxx, West Coast Heating, My Guy Heating & Baker Home Energy) to give their opinion and estimates on the difficult job. The old central furnace was broken, the ducts under the house were damaged and we wanted to heat and cool the house and ADU separately. Michael (Senior Field Supervisor at Precision Air) came with the best system proposal and competitive estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, had great suggestions and was always prepared to answer our many questions. The job took a whole week and the installation crew (Julio, Buddy, Miguel and lead installer José) did an amazing job of installing a modern system while respecting the mid-century setting. José and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They triple checked everything and always asked our opinion when it came to aesthetics, placement and finishes. They worked incredibly fast, clean and went out of their way to deliver a great HVAC system. Our house has now 6 climate zones that can both be individually heated or cooled with an energy efficient heat pump. We are very happy with their service and product and definitely recommend them to anyone who’s interested in the best of the best.
Great customer service from the initial consult with Mike through the install by Eric, Juan, Javier and Miguel. Didn't try to upsell, and install was complete in a single day. Install team did a great job and thoroughly explained everything during the set up.
Damian and James were knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the ac maintenance they identified a potential problem with the heating system and repaired it at no additional cost. Definitely recommend Damian and James from Precision Air.
A few weeks ago I had a few issues with my AC. Nicholas C. came and repaired it, and also explained everything. He was so kind and efficient, he will be the first person I call if I ever need service again! Thank you Nick, I appreciate your kindness and also how fast and helpful you are!!
Want a reputable company………look no further. We had a serious problem when we discovered my neighbor had installed his ac where mine is supposed to go. Precision went above and beyond to fix the problem. I own a condo built in 1988 that is on the second floor. When built, the contractor plumbed the building with refrigerant lines and electrical lines for a future air conditioner. When Precision came to install my unit, it was discovered that the first-floor owner had his air conditioner installed in front of my plumbing and electrical box. To get my unit installed, Precision had to just slightly move my neighbor’s unit a few inches. Long story short, about a month later, it got hot enough for my neighbor to turn on his air and it would not start. The bill to repair his unit from the company that incorrectly installed his air was $1,600. Of course, he blamed the fact that his ac would not start was because of the slight movement of his condenser. Apparently, a valve that is located over 30 feet from the condenser that was moved, malfunction. It is pretty much impossible that slightly moving his condenser would make a valve located 30 feet away to malfunction. Here is why you want to use a company like Precision. Even though the neighbor claimed that moving the condenser a few inches would make a valve 30 feet away malfunction is extremely unlike if not impossible, Precision said they would pay his $1,600 bill. That is way, way, way, above and beyond what most companies or any company would do. Look no further for a reliable and honest company. These guys are awesome.
I thoroughly recommend Precision Air Inc. for your air-conditioning and furnace needs. We have been wanting an air-conditioner for some time and have gone back and forth between individual room split units and whole house central. We finally decided, only to find ourselves slap bang in the middle of Covid. From the beginning Precision Air Inc. showed professionalism and attention to safety protocols. I contacted Amanda at the office expressing my concerns for an in house/person estimate. She connected me with Michael who asked me tons of questions, checked out my house on google earth and gave me a ballpark figure based on my information. That way we limited people coming into the house unnecessarily. Companies that did not offer that option, we did not consider. To finalize the estimate Michael arrived masked, shoe coverings and did a walk through, all other discussions were held outside. He gave options on high end, low end, and right down the middle. He answered every question clearly and patiently. Michael assured us his installation team would be extremely competent, very safety conscious and knowledgeable. He did not lie. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and conscientiousness of Jose the team leader, who along with Bill, Anthony, James and Michael, worked hard and diligently, in the unbearably hot attic, in an old house. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They worked exceptionally well together which you don’t always see. We needed new returns and vents put in so cutting etc. was required. We also replaced and relocated our furnace, as well as all our ducting. This required them to remove and bring in extremely large and cumbersome machinery. All the while they took care to protect our home and belongings. If they couldn’t work around it, they asked me to remove it. They did not take chances. We are extremely fussy, and Jose worked with us to make sure every new return or vent that was put in, was done perfectly. The whole team wore
I gave the score of 10 based on my dealings with Amanda at the office and Dustin Herr who did the diagnosis and the installation of the coil unit. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and very patient to talk, discuss and ask questions to.
We contacted Precision Air for new system consultation. Hanson came out and patiently provided us with the best information and examples of the finished products. The installers, Jose and his crew (Jun and Anthony) did a great job installing our HVAC system. They finished removing our existing ducts, replacing it with new ones, and installing HVAC 1/2 days sooner than expected. They were very professional and patient in explaining how the system works. They checked and rechecked to ensure the system was working properly and they left the house sparkling clean. Their finished product is very neat. Highly recommend.
José, Antony, and the rest of the guys did a great job installing our new AC. They were super professional; answered every question we had, made sure to confirm everything with us along the way, and left our property cleaner than it was when they arrived. Really impressed with this company and this crew particularly.
Arturo came and serviced our HVAC system and cleaned our dryer vent at our rental unit. He was prompt and arrived right at the beginning of our advised timeframe. He performed the duties as requested and was very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely use in the future.
