Keep up the good job! I called GVK Heating & Air for a tune-up on my very old AC. I had low cooling. The tech came and discovered the issues. Unfortunately, my old Air Conditioning had many problems and was smart to install a new one. I was given several options and was able to choose a new Air Conditioning. The next day I had new AC. George was very professional. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use his company again.
Outstanding experience. An excellent job was done by GVK Heating & Air - I called at 10 am for a problem with my HVAC system, and by 3 pm everything was fixed and perfect. They were efficient and very professional and polite. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived. I would not hesitate to use them again! Thanks again!
Had an issue with newly-installed HVAC not working, texted George at 7pm, he called me minutes later and said he’d be out the next day. He was (on time) and quickly diagnosed & fixed the problem. This exemplifies the benefit of working with a family-owned small business.
Had a fantastic experience. We needed our water heater replaced as it was leaking gas. They came out the same day and replaced our water heater and also discovered another issue which they fixed the next day. They are extremely professional as I mentioned before and fair on pricing. Arrived on time. I am beyond happy with GVK Heating & Air. The team was extremely accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. There ended up being a couple of more issues that we were unaware of that they quickly fixed. He was genuine and honest and took the time to explain to me why and how each plumbing issue happens. I will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service. They came out and replaced a broken moisture water pump on one of my two split-system AC units. He also cleaned and serviced both of my units and the outdoor power supply quickly. Keep up the good job.
Very reasonable price. We replaced our gas furnace and broken AC unit all at once and replaced them with an all-electric heat pump system. Very professional and the install team did a professional job. I am satisfied to work with them. I would highly recommend them.

Took a while to write review. Rcvd quote on 06/30/2022 for HVAC install with an agreed price. They showed up and spent the next 30 min standing around talking on the phone and then they said the second unit was measured incorrectly and they took off. After rescheduling, they came back and once again said they couldn’t install the second unit because they would have to cut into the drywall. At least this time I believe they installed the main HVAC unit . However I believe the installers forgot to add the cooling solution because there was no cold air blowing when turned on. So after calling again, the initial person we spoke to who gave us the initial quote came by and added the cooling solution and then we were finally getting cold air. He blamed a leak and to call him again tomorrow to reschedule installing the second unit. What happened next was interesting. He never responded to any messages and after 3 attempts I had to give up.
Fast, courteous and reasonable!
I contacted this company to fix my heater because of their excellent review unfortunately I made a huge mistake. They came to my house and spent few minutes on my heating system and said that my system need to be replaced and cost few thousand dollars. They request $65 for 2 minutes and left. They request the money twice in next few hours and I paid. I called another company and they came to fix my system in one minute, just turn on the switch with No Cost. I request refund because GVK Heating did not do anything and gave me wrong information. They just do not refund me and give me so many reasons such as other company's invoice, fixing details and blablabla. Poor quality, wrong information, not professional and bad attitudes makes GVK Heating a company that I can never trust and never use them.
