This team was incredible and did a great job at our new place. They were very up front with the parts and labor cost and we worked together to find the perfect service. We did decide to tack on a little extra work to do a deep clean of the system, always a bummer to be hit with these higher costs. But they explained everything in the moment and really gave ME the choice to move forward with the project. We will certainly be using these guys in the future.
Nathan was right on time and very helpful
I had text this company on Monday Labor Day for my mother who’s AC went out. They responded in 3 minutes and said they could schedule her on Wednesday. Nathan showed up on time, professional and very nice. Nathan fixed the issue and my mom was very pleased and said he went above and beyond. Price was reasonable. Would 110% recommend and use again.

I was able get in touch with Nathan right away on a HOT Thursday afternoon and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule the very next morning. He identified the problem and quickly replaced the part. He was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, respectful and friendly and efficient in his work. He even gave us a senior discount. I will recommend him to anyone I know for their A/C HVAC needs.
Nathan and crew were super responsive, came ahead of schedule, and communicated well. Listened to all symptoms I was having and diagnosed the problems quickly, repaired, cleaned, and recharged my AC for very reasonable rate. And super nice guys. Appreciate good service techs, will use them again.
Nathan took the time to listen to my layman’s description of what was not working on our HVAC system. He then inspected the system and explained why it was not working properly and what would need to be done to fix it. He was knowledgeable, quick, honest and courteous. Nathan was wonderful! His rates were reasonable and his work was done promptly and professionally. The best part of working with Jonathan was his communication. He always returned my calls and emails and patiently listened to my many questions and then took the time to explain the options and educate me. I highly recommend him.
Nathan is awesome! Smart, kind reasonable rates. I haven’t had a/c for 8 years and this year was to hot. He is a master at trouble shooting and found a wireless work around to the rodent destroyed wiring in my furnace. I now have air conditioning, a new WiFi thermostat and am very, very happy!
We contracted with California Heating and Air (Nathan) to replace our HVAC unit in May 2017. We got bids from 5 different contractors. When Nathan came over to inspect our existing unit and provide his estimate, the difference between him and the others was immediately obvious. Unlike the others that tried to force a “one-size-fits-all” approach on us…Nathan made it a point to find out what our specific issues were, and then tailored his offering to fit it. He was involved in all stages of the installation, and personally walked us through the final product to ensure we had no questions or problems. A few weeks after the install, we called for some additional enhancements, and he again took care of it personally. Having now gone through both a hot and cold season with the new HVAC, we’re able to really see the improvement that the new equipment gives us and we couldn’t be happier. I recommend California Heating and Air (and Nathan) unreservedly.
California Heating & Air installed air conditioning in the nick of time before a heatwave. The house was cool while it was blazing hot outside. Workers were courteous, clean and professional. We highly recommend this company.
I had another company come in and add AC to an existing furnace setup without scaling the ducting. It causes the AC to burn out a year later. Lucky I was put in contact with Nate you assessed the situation and designed a ducting system that worked for but the heating and cooling. After replacing the ducting and the blower I've had no trouble for a few summers. Thanks, Nate!
During the summer our room addition had low cold air flow making it at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. California Heating & Air diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options of how they could fix the issue. They came in on time and on budget. Now our addition is the same temp as the rest of the house. Quality work and will call Cal Heating & Air Conditioning again if a different problem occurs. Highly recommend this company.
Nate replaced my central air system. He did a wonderful job. He left no mess behind. Very professional service!
