Technician Vlad, who had installed our Trane HVAC system last year, quickly diagnosed and repaired the Air Conditioner. The problem was a defective contactor (or relay) which prevented the compressor from cooling. Excellent repair under warranty!

I purchased a new HVAC system from Ez Breezy in March 2021. I called EZ Breezy to schedule a maintenance check-up of my HVAC system (Heat & AC). Anton was our technician. He was very thorough and professional. He changed the air filter, cleaned standing debris, checked for any leaks, ran complete checks of the furnace, A-Frame AC, condenser, freon levels, temperature levels from each register. I feel comfortable knowing that our system is in tip-top running condition as we enter into the "HOT" summer months. I highly recommend the Ez Breezy team for your HVAC needs!

Turns out our AC unit was not working due to our own error (the circuit breaker needs to be on for cold air to flow... lol), the company was still very professional & easy to work with! If anything happens in the future, we'll contact them again!

After last summer's hot and muggy weather, my wife and I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new air conditioner for our home that had never needed one since we're about a mile from the ocean. And when the government announced that they were giving out income tax credits for the installation of heat pumps, that made it a no-brainer. So, about a month ago I got serious about getting bids for the job. I checked Yelp and found seven highly rated companies to reach out to. Within a week, I had six bids (one dropped out). My two lowest bids were pretty much the same price, so it came down to which company felt best to me. Based on my interactions with the company during the bidding process, and the strong recommendation of a neighbor who had used the company to install a new furnace, I chose Ez Breezy. And boy, am I glad I did! I called Ez Breezy and got on their schedule for the installation almost immediately. This past Saturday the team removed my old, inefficient gas furnace and attic ductwork and installed an entirely new high-efficiency gas furnace and attic ductwork. We were up and running that evening. Then, today, they came out to install my new heat pump air conditioner, mounting the condenser on wall behind my garage. They finished up the same day and the A/C works like a charm. The crew was amazing! Super nice guys who know exactly what they're doing and who don't screw around one little bit. The installation was difficult because our house is on three levels and the crew had to run the line set through the floors, but they handled it like champs. Ez Breezy gets my HIGHEST recommendation. They are hands down the best of the best!

Anton was great. On time, friendly and professional. Ducts cleaned and he was also able to check why our new AC wasn’t turning on (it wasn’t wired correctly) all in a timely manner.
Anton provided a great service. He cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts. The price is reasonable to me and I am satisfied with the quality of the service. I haven't tried other service but I felt this is a great experience overall and highly recommended.
I used EZ Breezy as part of a multi company renovation on my 1955 home. They were polite, affordable, and absolutely accommodating to the hectic schedule I had set up. They showed up on time and got everything done perfectly and quickly and walked me through every step of the way.

This is my second positive review of Ez Breezy: OH, WOW! That was the expression from my wife and daughters when they felt the rush of cool air coming from our new HVAC system installed by Ez Breezy Heating & Air. At the suggestion of Ez Breezy we removed our old HVAC system and replaced it with a dual heat pump system for our two story house. It was a big job but they got it done in 1-1/2 days. They were quick, efficient and the work was of high quality. Vlad and his crew were great to work with and Dan is a very knowledgeable Tech and Consultant who walked me through the process. Their prices are very reasonable and transparent, no surprises. I highly recommend Ez Breezy and already have.
I wish all companies I deal with could be like EZ Breezy. They were quick, professional and all around easy to deal with. Their quotes were also very reasonable, compared to the big companies that advertise on TV. If you need any HVAC work done at your home or business, do yourself a favor and call EZ Breezy. Actually, call one of the big companies first for their quote. Notice how their salespeople use "timeshare" tactics. Then, call EZ Breezy and notice how they are honest and upfront, and their pricing is not inflated like the other companies. I used them to replace HVAC units at my house as well as my dad's. We are extremely happy with their work!

Ed and his entire team are absolutely fantastic. They are highly knowledgeable, honest, communicative, competitively priced. Ed made the entire process easy and manageable which was extremely helpful given we were feeling with a plethora of contractor related issues with our home. I truly couldn't recommend a vendor more thank so Ed. Do yourself a favor and hire him. He will NOT disappoint.

Ed was more than an honest partner throughout the entire process, and even helped calm some of our stress and anxiety with his sure hand and experience. Use this team confidently and know that they will not try to sell you on anything you don't need. They believe in their products and service and only want what's best for your home. Really fantastic service. Ed is very responsive and got someone out to the house in just a few days. Technician showed up within the blocked time and then took his time taking care of the problem. Second service (different problem) - Just as good as before, maybe even better. Service was fast and professional. Issue was resolved quickly. Absolutely love this company.
My recent concern was addressed immediately. Unfortunately the issue of concern didn't occur while the repairmen were here. We were advised to continue to monitor this problem and keep in touch. Greatly appreciated their immediate response and attempt to isolate the issue! We are especially impressed with their customer service ☺️
