Great experience today with ipermit. They seamlessly switched out techs without needing to reschedule my appointment. John (supervisor) was extremely professional and went above and beyond - in addition to the testing, he changed out my air filter and made sure all the insulation from the attic was cleaned up. He was very friendly, efficient abs respectful of my requests.
Technician was on time, extremely polite and professional. He was able to quickly complete the work unobtrusively, which was greatly appreciated. Hoping the report matches the in person experience.
Felipe Barragán was one of the most gracious, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional people I have ever encountered! Not only did he explain every step he was taking, he was honest and kind. Give this young man a raise! 😀
IPermit called to schedule an inspection and system test after we had had a meeting furnace installed by MAKI Htg. & Air. Inc. The inspection was scheduled at a convenient time in our schedule (2-5pm on a Thursday afternoon) originally. A representative of iPermit called a few days before the scheduled inspection and explained that the appointment needed to moved to an earlier time on the same day. Another convenient time was agreed upon (12:30-3:00pm) which still allowed for a medical appointment to be kept in the morning. Chris called twice before he arrived to remind us of his arrival time. He arrived when he said he would. His actions were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He completed his analysis and testing thoroughly and efficiently in less than an hour and was off to his next job. The serviceman was personable and really knew the regulations pertaining to testing our new ductwork. He did all that was needed and made sure that we understood all the information. A great employee. Sorry I don’t have his name.
Chandler was the technician that came out to verify/give permit on my recent duct work. He came in time and texted me that he would be at my house in 30 min. He wore a mask and booties inside. He explained all my questions, whether small or big, and he explained what is next. Chandler was nice and knowledgeable! He was a joy for me in these times!!

Contractor called before his arrival, was very neat clean and methodical; he checked every vent, checked pressures in the system and the air conditioner, I feel confident that if there’s anything at all wrong with my installation, he would have caught it. I really like my furnace company, SERVICE Champions, they did a really nice job installing my furnace and water heater and I’m sure if there were any blips or problems Chris from Ipermit would have caught them. It’s nice to have that extra layer of confidence.

Chris checked in as requested giving me plenty of time to make it home. He shared information about our furnace and the process that I found very useful.

Chandler was punctual by arriving within the given scheduled appointment timeframe. He conducted the inspection in a timely manner and was thorough in replacing all items checked. Chandler practiced safety protocols by wearing a face mask and maintaining social distance. Before leaving, he explained the next steps in the process for scheduling an inspection with the city and offered to answer any other questions I may have. Clean, courteous, and efficient.
