Bill from All Heating and air came out to repair my heater, because it wouldn't turn on. I have a newborn at home, and he provided no warning for the loud noises he made with the furnace panels, or his vacuum. He also lit spider webs on fire, leaving a terrible smell in my house, before turning on the system and smoking up my whole house, to the point that my smoke alarms are going off, without any warning. We had to open all of our windows, and take my baby outside to keep her safe from the smoke. When he left, he provided no information on how to operate my ancient heater in the house I just moved into, and told us to figure it out ourselves. Later in the day, we realized that we couldn't turn off the heater. I spoke with Bill on the phone, and he said it was just the pilot light, even though I insisted that it was producing a lot of heat, and a large flame under the furnace. He just told me that it was the pilot light, and it would cool down. I eventually found out how to turn it off without him, after my property management talked to him twice, and he said the same things to them as well.

We were going to wait for Bell Brothers to come out in a week to fix our y year old AC unit. The wife called All Heating Air Conditioning and Bill came out the same day. Only took him less than an hour to fix a capacitor on our AC unit and we were back in business. Price seemed fair, he was very professional, and the fact that he was able to work us in and take care of us so fast was a huge plus! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for HVAC repairs.
Bill is amazing to work with! He is very thorough and caring. He does not pressure you into things that you do not need, and he listens to you. Had a big name HVAC service company come out to my house and do a $29 tune up and assessment on my central Heat and Air. When they left I had this sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach because I was told I had to replace my HVAC system due to CO2 leak and bad (allegedly) blower motors. By Chance I came across Bill's website, "All Heating Air Conditioning and Appliance". Bill promptly came to my home re-inspected the furnace, made all the required repairs at a fraction of the cost of a new unit... AND all in the same service window. Don't fix whats not broken. Our AC/HVAC System was on its last legs so we were faced with the daunting task of locating and finding its replacement. My Husband reached out to Bill based on other online reviews. From the very beginning of the discussion of the type of system we needed, all through the installation of the new system, removal of the old and through final inspection, Bill's execution was flawless. Even though he is a smaller shop, everything was done professionally and best of all, below our budget expectations. Bill is VERY Knowledgeable and professional. He really listened to our needs and discussed and presented options that worked for us. We now have a brand new HVAC System for our home, which we will not need to worry about for the rest of our days.
